Liquid Dive Resort

The location on the ocean is beautiful and the staff is amazing. We enjoyed our relaxing hours in the 2 swimming pools. No matter what we needed, they catered to us. They called for transportation so we could shop, they also called in for massage.

Our 1st room had terrible Wi-Fi service, but we were moved to a different room and that was resolved. The location is down a twisted little dirt road, I would complain, except that the location keeps this place quiet and relaxing.

The employees were the best. We felt really welcome and all our wished got helped with great pleasure.The diving was great, used the pool after and had a bar with music and good energy.On top the team helped me to arrange an engagement under water. Special thank you for the great experience.

The mattresses were to form for us

This place functions like a well oiled machine. From the cleaning of the property and rooms each morning and throughout the day, to the dive team’s planning and equipment moving, prepping, etc.. to the boat captains and the cooks and wait staff. Everything moved without friction, without worry and it has been the best place we’ve stayed in the Philippines, by far. I got my open water PADI at Liquid Dive and Rainier was patient, calm and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor! I’ve always had a fear of the ocean but after my week diving with everyone, I love it. The fear is gone and I can’t wait to dive again! Renting a scooter was easy! U-Ride dropped one off and picked it up from the resort so we were able to go into the city and see some waterfalls.

The WiFi in the rooms was super spotty, which made taking a mandatory work call challenging.

We liked the rooms and view. Stayed cottage 15.

The road is a disaster, it has large rocks. Had to stop and back up vehicle several times to let others pass. We did not enjoy the lunch. We skipped dinner and went to Dauin. Breakfast…our daughter returned her bacon to get fully cooked. I selected a fruit plate, several slices of pineapple and a few mango slices. We left generous tips for the waitresses and cleaning crew.

This is not a resort , very expensive, no fridge , no tv , hot water didn’t work on arrival, food is small and expensive. Definitely never go there again

Great People! Great Staff! From the Resort Manager, Dive Masters, Receptionists, Bartenders, Kitchen Staff, Drivers, Housekeepers, Messengers and Even the Pracricummers. Great Place to stay!

Pushy to sell their overpriced "own" transportation. Its for divers only. Dont expect they will offer any trips in the area. No initative. Too bad. We moved 5 km to another resort and booked 3 trips with them for total Php 30k.

The staff, the pool the common areas were well maintained. The food was good and prices reasonable.

Very nice beach front chalets with well appointed gardens two really great pools with a bar overlooking them serving very interesting. Cocktails and good food.. this place is everything you’re looking for if you want a good price stay in Dauin

The beach is a little bit messy, but unfortunately that’s prevalent all around the world now with pollutionBut the hotel did have somebody raking and removing the plastic

Activities organised throught the resort were superb and with a good variety. The main pool was nice and big. View to the sea from our rooms was beautiful. Staff were very kind and helpful!

The WiFi was weaker in our rooms.

Overall, the place and amenities are well kept and clean. The prices for the restaurant food are reasonable and the food is amazing and their selections are quite varied. The diveshop and its staff are very friendly and accommodating. Completed my Advanced Open Water corse, and they are very professional. To highlight a few of the staff: Ludy , Nhoe, Sean and Pao-Pao & Bar and restaurant staff.

This has the best and most friendly team, from the initial welcome from Nars (Bruno Mars) to the bar staff, kitchen staff and maintenance staff, but certainly not forgetting Rainier the dive instructor and His dive masters Adrian and Alexis to all of the dive centre team.The people made the experience so much better, but decent pools and clean rooms with well equipped rooms.Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to provide some guidance to the local area for visits etc.

WiFi is a bit weak in the rooms, but if that’s all I have to say it’s a good thing!It’s just paradise.

The staff/team were excellent and good breakfast and other good quality food options...the beef tacos were great! The team were very helpful and good fun and helped with all our requests to a high standard. Thanks to all of them ! Rooms had good AC and clean and beds are very comfortable and plenty of space .

I dislike everything except their very hardworking staff,Jessa. She deserves a recognition and a raise.

Everything. Upon arrival the place smells awdul,they said it comes from the shrimp farm but does not feel like safe for my baby and senior citizens parents with medical condition. The location is far without proper road to reach the resort. Looks like the place was not maintained enough. Mosquitoes and ants are everywhere even inside the room. The water fromshower is extremely hot. Not much options with food.

What I like about the place? THE STAFF! They were genuinely nice and friendly! We stayed for 4 days and we enjoyed every moment of it. As soon as we arrived, i felt the "homey" vibe. The food were amazing too!!! Not a single drop of disappointment with the food. Everything we ordered are just delicious!Special thanks to Jessa, Renj, Pau and Danny who tirelessly always have smiles on their face!DEFINITELY, we will come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Water. You need to go to the bar to refill their bottles for safe drinking water. Food is okay. shower water in our room is too hot I’m not sure if it’s broken or what. The Road/driveway going to the resort is filled with rocks! Can damage vehicles! terrible!

The staff are really friendly and the location is beautiful, you're staying in very cute, little huts amongst the tropical plants. The food tastes good, comes out fresh and the menu is huge.

It's advertised as a dive resort but it's not beginner friendly at all, only for qualified divers who are very comfortable with knowing what they're doing. My aim was to try scuba for the first time so I started with snorkelling and made it very clear I had never done it before. The guide gave absolutely no instruction, no help when water was getting into my mask, and overall it was a pretty scary experience which put me off diving with their team full stop. On top of this, when I was booking I made it very clear my goal was to dive at Apo island to see the turtles, which I was assured would happen. But the way they decide dive locations is done by majority first come first suggestion which resulted in the Apo island day already being locked in when I arrived to the resort, and it was on the day after I left. So even if I had had faith in the dive team, I would not have been able to go to the location I stayed there for.

As always the ever smiling, friendly and helpful filipino staff. Their delicious food. The pool.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are nice and comfortable. Good location, not far from Dumaguete city and easy to get around.

The shower head wasn’t very good but it was manageable
