Accessible for what I needed.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was super friendly. Guards at the door. I felt safe.Hotel was close to the airport for an early morning flight. Near University, Dumaguete peer, the Market, and lots of restaurants.The offer a lunchbox breakfast for early departures.

Lots of Street Noise. Restaurant had 2 tables and a tiny counter where you order. There might have been a real restaurant beyond the dark doors but it was closed. Menu was ? so I ordered from Grab (like Uber Eats). I had to go get it outside because they would not allow delivery to rooms.AC blasted ICE COLD air at elevator door (bad location for unit IMO).Sandwich bread in boxed breakfast had blue spots. Threw it in the garbage. Juice box was warm.« Pool » the size of a large Spa

The location was excellent and parking was always available. The cafe was quaint and accommodating. The swimming pool was rather small. The elevator was normally very quick. And the location felt safe.

The free breakfast wasn’t always complete or missing American style meals. The in room toilet seat was too close to the shower glass. There was also a bit of mold in the showers and the water drained slowly.

Friendly staff, very clean establishment. Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast!

I had a little single room and the bed was comfy and tv was great. Hot water was good too. The cafe served good food à la carte.

Check in was cumbersome , and there was no way you were getting into your room early. The A/ was noisy.

1. The location is great2. The staff is very helpfull3. You pay what you get for....so don't expect the Fourseason or Hilton for this price4. In the context of the Philipine mindset this is a value for money

The only thing I can think about is that they could have cleaned the bathroom better.... but that is a minor thing in my opinion

It is new hotel . Love it ? with toothpaste and toothbrush, body wash and shampoo, Gr8 breakfast on 8th floor , friendly staff , 5 -6 mins walk to Rizal blvd.. near dumaguete port, silliman university..

Friendly staff, clean cozy room, and the shuttle service for pickup at pier and the drop off to airport does add value. I will def stay in this hotel again.

The breakfast Buffett could improve a little better.

The room design is pleasing. The Rizal Blvd. is walkable from the hotel. The staff are attentive and approachable. The breakfast buffet is good.

The bathroom is too tight.

Very good location near everything and don’t have to leave the hotel to get a good budbod and food. Hotel rooms are very coean and comfortable beds. New towels and has a filtered water station in every floor. Staff were all very hellful and nice.

The tiniest rooftop swimming pool is much smaller than expected from pics and needs maintenance.

Complete amenities, pretty interior design of common areas; Smart TV had up-to-date streaming apps

WiFi was not as fast as told in reviews;Size of room, bathroom;too many warnings on damaging in-room items

Very helpful & friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was very clean & modern. I hope they maintain it. Will definitely come back here next time.

My room was quiet, clean, and everything worked. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome.

Spotlessly clean , excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

As someone who's very sensitive to dust, i can really tell if room just looks clean on the outside. The room we stayed in really feels and smells clean. Bed was also very comfortable. Despite hotel being compact and every area has limited space, it's a very well thought of design to accomodate needs of their clients such as a pool, cafe and dining area. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Security guard even went and looked for a pedicab for us.

Didn't mind that rooms are small but at least a cupboard to put stuff in so we dont have to lay open our luggages on the floor all the time when there's not enough space to begin with.But overall, still a great place. Would still come back.

Accessibility.Clean The staff are super attentive & amiable.

What I like most in this hotel are the staff. From the security guard who greeted us in the entrance door and the front desk are all friendly. Checking in went smooth. The room is in decent size, it's clean, the bed are well made and comfortable and the bathroom are full of amenities. We did a late service request and the staff came quick. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent, not much to choose from but good enough as complimentary for the price that we paid. I like the location which is in the heart of downtown walking distsnce to restaurants and shops.

The pool closes early we did not had time to enjoy it.
