I like the Location, i like the quiet place.

I thought they would replace the bedding everyday but i was wrong, that's not what i like.

Location, kind staff, always someone to assist.

This is a budget hotel in Dumaguete. They have dogs and cats on property. As with anywhere in the Philippines, if you are new remember never touch dogs and cats in the Philippines. I will just say that much. I even kind pets may have diseases. I saw something very sad during my stay and l will just leave it at that. Don’t touch the pets. Wear shoes everywhere.

That it's near to the port, staffs are accommodating

It's very outdated and sorry it's very creepy the bathrooms are rusty and the shampoo and the soap seems like expired ?

The worst bed mattress i ever had, mosquitoes around, run down facilities, the whole place needs renovation, the worst value for money ever

Very loud during the night, dogs barking just outside the room and close to road, but overall a good stay and good value for money was clean

Room is clean and presentable. Near to almost all good restaurant in Dumaguete as well as malls. Most of all, there is a bidet in the toiler

Quite old, some mosquitoes in the room and blanket is too thin. tV is quite small as well

Not much to dislike. Its a great place to relax and unwind from long flight

Disappointed

The room was not presentable. We were shocked upon entering the room there were so many mosquitoes! They also have dogs roaming and would go near you while growling.

Clean, not fancy, but an excellent price.

Could have used a light blanket rather than just a sheet.

Friendly staff. Comfy bed.

The floor in the bedroom was very slippery when wet.

It was an okay price for what was supplied. The location was good and easy to find, convenient to get to the port.

The airconditioning unit was right next to the bed. When on it was too loud to sleep properly, when off it was too hot. I'm glad I only booked one night.

What's to like?

Non-existent property. You can't find it. No one knows where it is located. You can't call them.

Big dogs are very scary because they almost bite us and we have a baby.

The accommodation had aircon and it was cheap, also close to our location but the cockroaches ? the sink had cockroach legs and scales all over it and we had a live one on the wall

Close to tiki bar and hayahay. Really calm as the rooms are laid back behind a building. Nice AC, fast Wifi and well equipped

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I also love that they have a working heater in the shower.

The pillow was too hard and the blanket too thin.

Very small room space. Noisy aircon. Wet floor throughout room after shower use. Noise from next room.

The staff - they're very accommodating. It's an old lodging but a very decent one nonetheless. It's near great restos along Flores Ave. They have good Internet. Sulit.

The pillow hehe It's too thick/high for my preference but I got to sleep soundly anyway
