    Pros +

    • Excellent breakfast with a choice if savoury and sweet dishes.
    • Nice location, about 8-10 walk from historic center. Relaxing deck area by rooftop pool, also other seating areas on main floor by the breakfast area including bar/lounge area plus outdoor seating. Breakfast was good.
    • The room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Central location, not a terrible walk to the old town. Quiet. Daily housekeeping was a plus. It was nice to know there was a pool, however we did not use it nor did we look at it. We made use of the private parking. Front desk staff was super helpful.

    Cons -

    • The only thing that bothered us a little was the noise in the early morning because the rooms faced a busy street.
    • The A/C in our room and several others, was not working. A fan was in the room, and this helped. Fortunately the evenings weren’t uncomfortably warm during our stay, which helped. The hotel did give us free parking as a result, in their gated access lot next door. Also, during both days a repair team was at the hotel working on resolving the problem.
    • The hotel was nice but "bear bones." No frills. The room was large but could have used a little character, it felt sterile. The bathroom as well. It also felt like the air conditioning in our room wasn't working but it was also pretty hot out (but I'm an American who loves my AC).

the location is not very nice but close enough to the old town.breakfast was excellent and the room very nicethe staff extremely nice

a small gym would be nice

The breakfast was ok considering the cost of the stay. You have the option of making orange juice from fresh oranges. The reception people were very nice and helpful to us.The location was within walking distance to the center of the city and to the harbor.

    Nothing in particular.

    Proximity to city center.

No actual AC, the temperature in the rooms wouldn’t go below 25ºC, we had to ask for a fan and it was still hard to sleep. The hotel advertises AC. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. The pool had pigeons bathing in it, so gross. We had a really bad stay.

The room was very big and with a nice decoration. It was cclean.Bed were veryconfortable. The bathroom was very large. The special note to the breakfast: very rich and good. Petsonnel was very kind and common areas really cosy.

In the room thr temperature was very high, 24 degrees, but we could not lowered as in april the clim was not yet on. We opened thr window, but despite we were in a raining day in april, already 7 mosquitos entered in the room. In the room there was also a bit of smell of colore. The location is less charming than other hotels.

Location was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

Would have liked self service hot drinks at breakfast as only offered one cup of tea/coffee and had to keep asking for more.

We had family room on 3rd floor with bath tub. Overall our stay was great but two small things could be better. First - once we started whirlpool in bath tub in started leaking. So we couldn’t use it. Second - The room only had roof windows, which were operated electrically, and the mechanism was very noisy. Due to the roof windows, it was difficult to let in fresh air properly. Staff at the breakfast and reception was very kind.

Great breakfast. Very helpful friendly staff. Especially reception staff.

    Everything was ok

Wonderful staff, amazing breakfast and clean rooms with good size bathrooms. They offered us beach umbrellas to borrow for trips to the beach and have a nice outdoor area for breakfast. Pool is small, but well maintained.

Bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, spacious & good value for money so close to all the cafes, shops & Alghero attractions

A good all round hotel walking distance to old town. Lots of breakfast choice. Staff very helpful with advice and good local knowledge. Recommended.

    9RachaelPosted on: 9-4-2024

It was clean and the location was perfect, a walk away from the town and beaches.

The beds were a little hard.

Wonderful stay at this fabulous hotel. The staff were outstanding, with a special mention for Lizia who was amazing- so kind and brightened each day with her warmth and kind smiles. She really enhanced our stay, and helped us out with recommendations daily- nothing was too much trouble for her ? Breakfast was delicious. The front office staff were lovely as well and always went out of their way to answer any questions and help us out with booking restaurants, lending beach equipment etc. The hotel is in a wonderful location to explore Alghero and the pool and jacuzzi are an added bonus. A haven of tranquility and calm in a bustling city. Would def recommend 10/10! ⭐️

The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The location was about a 10 minute walk to the old town and the beach, on a lovely quiet street. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The rooftop pool was fantastic.

    Nothing at all

Breakfast and staff were outstanding. I really loved the bathroom, and the amenities. I think the use of space was good, and location to center was great.

We had a lot of questions for staff and they changed positions often so it was hard to get answers sometime, other than that, communication was prompt.

    8GlendaPosted on: 8-14-2024

Breakfast was self-serve, plenty of fresh fruit and bread, continental.Room was clean and fresh, bed large and comfortable. Little room for large suitcases so we stored them on the floor, only one double wardrobe which also had the safe in it so not adequate to hang holiday clothes. View from room was through a small window (no balcony) and the view was tops of houses.

Roof top pool very small. No balcony.View of rooftops of houses. No assistance with cases to room or assistance with iron and ironing board to room.

A lovely hotel in a quiet street. Free parking was easy to find on the street. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff is amazing and fresh espresso at breakfast was highly appreciated. I would recommend checking out the bakery across the street.
