I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was advertised.The photos used on your website and booking platforms were highly misleading. In reality, the resort’s facilities were extremely poor—far below the basic expectations for comfort or quality. Additionally, the price I paid was significantly overpriced compared to the level of service and amenities provided.From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the resort lacked proper maintenance, cleanliness, and guest care. This was not the relaxing or enjoyable experience I had hoped for, and I feel that I was misled both visually and financially.I strongly urge you to review the accuracy of the images and descriptions used in your promotions, as well as reconsider your pricing given the current condition of your property.

The service and attention of Food and Beverage staff

Another sample of how a perfect location in Italy is destroy by the neurotic, hate, frustration and miseducation of local staff towards guests and visitors. If we follow the rules and not any kind of humanity, which is what you encountered on this property; why would you pay for 1. not having hot water which does not work, 2. Air conditioning not functioning, 3. Non respect of the room rate pricing and conditions contracted, not respect booking.com or any contracted services, 4. Having paid Personnel, actively dedicated to hurt and look around of any excuses to demonstrate mean behaviors ( Lifeguards and Receptionists ) 5. In terms of "rules" why would you call this Hotel a Four Star Hotel while you have not any room service and also at night, so is a 3 Stars at least. I think the local authorities and Regione Sardegna should be on top of this and check. Such a disgrace when you pay for a vacation and local hotel staff just spend time and effort to disrupt and destroy your peace out of their own frustration and bad behaviors. We lost any sense of Hospitality.

We left the location. It was remote but close enough to town. It is a classic hotel and settle into a beautiful natural area.

The smoking and wish we they had a complimentary shuttle to town.

The beach was really great, you could walk through the sand right into the sea directly in front of the hotel. The staff was very nice, particularly the lady at the reception.

I didn't like the 1 beach towel restriction. If the towel was wet, you theoretically had to pay 3€ to exchange it for a fresh one.

Hotel was very clean. Hot water shower was reliable.Beach was nice.Staff were helpful and attentive.

Parking was a nightmare—no marked spaces, just cars crammed between trees.The mattress was rock hard, and the topper made no difference.Rooms are extremely dated and lack basic comforts: no magnifying mirror in the bathroom, no coffee machine, no room service (front desk passed me to the restaurant, which flat-out said no).On the beach, there was zero service—if you wanted a drink, you had to trek to the lobby bar and carry it down yourself.Every meal required a reservation—no flexibility, no walk-ins.Breakfast was poor: cold, runny eggs and bland pastries with none of the variety you’d expect in Italy.Dinner was no better. The menu was tiny, and the porcini mushrooms were soggy and tasteless.For the inflated nightly rate, the value was appalling. This hotel claims to be 4 stars, but in reality, it barely rises to the level of 2.

The beach is stunning and the pool is beautiful.

Dinners at the restaurant (we tried it twice) were awful.

This is the best beach in the area, and the hotel is perfectly situated. It was so comfortable and quiet I couldn’t seem to get myself off of the beach! The hotel is next to a nature preserve with some very beautiful caves you can walk through, and the water is crystal clear and calm. Perfect for lazily swimming, paddle boarding, snorkeling, etc. the hotel is very clean and simple, the breakfast is very very good, dinner wasn’t my favorite, but I enjoyed aperitivo on the terrace while watching the sunset.

I had a lovely massage, but the towels were quite scratchy. The beds were extremely firm and the king size was 2 twins pushed together, so there was a hard seam right down the middle which was uncomfortable.

A perfect and gorgeous location. A private beach with professional and very good looking lifeguards and beach staff. The place is immaculate and very good for snorkeling. It is a short 10 minute drive to explore Alghero and a quick 5 minutes from a Nuragi site. Highly recommend this hotel and Antonio at the front desk is very kind, helpful, professional and extremely good looking! I hope to return soon!

I wish they had tvs that got more English language programming or that could be logged into for streaming services.

Our room was a great size but expensive (suite) as we booked quite late so limited availability. Location right on the beach is excellent. It's a beautiful bay with a sandy beach and the swimming was lovely. View from the room beautiful, we appreciated having a sea view.Staff helpful and polite.We had a massage, also good.Location is well placed for accessing rest of the local coastline and small beaches/ bays/ national parks. Close enough to Alghero where there are plenty of dining options.

There was 1 free bottle of drinking water on arrival but given the cost of our suite I was a bit surprised this wasn't replaced daily. Cost of bottle 4 euro from bar subsequently. Would have been a small cost to hotel and a gesture of goodwill.Despite note re sustainability in the room hotel room still provides thin single use plastic cups instead of glasses, would be good to reduce plastic waste more.Hotel dinner ok but nothing special.

Excellent private beach and assigned beach chairs was nice to have. Excellent breakfast and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel are kept very clean.

No paved parking lot.

Exceptionally clean and well kept hotel. Gorgeous bay and beach right outside and perfect location. Far enough away from town to feel more private and quiet, but close enough to drive into town for dinner. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and up to date and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and many wonderful choices. The dining room was all glass with a gorgeous view of the beautiful bay.

We ate dinner there one night. Very limited selection on the menu and I felt very rushed through the whole meal. The meal I had (chicken) was just average.

The service is excellent, and the hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient.

Clean and comfortable room but little soundproofing. Hotel is located 20 min from Alghero and find parking is a challenge.

Nothing. Expect the beach which naturally nice but nothing to do with the hotel. Stay in other hotels and come to this public beach.

Value for money is absolutely bad.. the hotel is not nice, old, dirty, they don’t clean the rooms well. The breakfast is barely a two star hotel breakfast. The staff is not that helpful. The life guards are rude.

We stayed in mid July and I was a little apprehensive given one or two of the previous reviews but was very pleasantly surprised as this hotel is really excellent. Located on a lovely beach with a view over to Alghero and the presence of an on site pool provided a great alternative for a quick dip. Breakfast was fabulous and dinner was really good too, especially the buffet night. Also the staff were really friendly and helpful which is important. Would highly recommend!

Location

It was an expensive staying and they made us pay 50€ to just spend the last day in the swimming pool: because it was the day of the check out, they didn’t let us use the swimming pool unless paying 50€. With this fee, they also gave us the chance to shower in a dedicated bathroom for 30’. I believe that in a such expensive structure, the ability to enjoy the pool on the last day should be granted for free.

The private beach is wonderful, with cristal water and light coloured sand. Its very good to have your own sunbed and umbrella for each room. This is a nice thing and we didnt feel its crowded because they are very organized. The staff is very nice, friendly and ready to help. We got all the information needed and the help requested. The breakfast is very good and with plenty of options (i would suggest other type of eggs except for the scrambled eggs and boiled eggs cause it might be boring). The pool is amazing and so is the view from the pool above a small golf. Towels are available on the beach everyday. Rooms are clean and bathrooms very spacious. We had a double room with garden view and it was good because there was no sun in the morning so we didnt feel its hot. There was an intense smell inside the room when we got there and the windows were closed so was not very nice but after one day of having the windows constantly opended, it dissapaired. We had dinner a la carte one evening and it was lovely, the food was good and the view from the restaurant made our evening more pleasant. Its a place where i would go back anytime. Simply beautiful.

The only truly positive aspects of our stay were the beautiful view from the breakfast area and the hotel’s private beach.

However, unfortunately, there were many downsides. Although the hotel has its own beach, the sunbeds are pre-reserved and even if you arrive early, you might still be placed in the 6th row, far from the sea.The room was very outdated and lacked even the basics: no complimentary water, no coffee machine, and the air conditioner was extremely noisy. The bed was uncomfortable, and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep. Our neighboring room guests were smoking, and the smell constantly came into our room. They also talked loudly on the phone at night, which made it even harder to sleep.The staff in the dining area—especially the older ones—were generally unfriendly and seemed unhappy to assist. Charging €2.50 for a small bottle of water in this setting also felt unreasonable.Overall, the hotel does not live up to expectations or the price. We would not choose to stay here again.

Amazing location on the beach, beautiful water and beach chairs included. Only a short drive into the town.

Bathroom shower overflows quite a bit leaving water falling onto the floor and getting the towel wet.
