Please note that Villa Ulivo and Villa Santa Barbara are located several kilometers away from the main resort, even though they belong to the same property complex. Upon departure, we kindly ask you to: Dispose of all waste in the designated recycling area. Leave the kitchenette and refrigerator clean and free of food residue. Leave dishes and kitchenware washed and put away, and empty the dishwasher (if present). Turn off all lights and the air conditioning before leaving the apartment. In the event of a dirty kitchenette, food residue, unwashed dishes, or un-disposed waste, an extra cleaning fee of €50.00 to €90.00 will be charged, depending on the size of the apartment. This amount must be paid in cash or may be deducted from the security deposit/pre-authorization taken upon arrival. A damage deposit of EUR 300.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
