Hotel Florida

This hotel is directly across the street from the beach and a pleasant walking distance from the old town of Alghero. The staff are very friendly and always willing to assist you with whatever questions you may have.

Would have liked to see listed food and beverage prices at the bar and restaurant.

The pool was the best thing about this stay ; location to old town is good.

Basic amenities; overall it was just ok. Breakfast seems to be an afterthought and not great.

Lovely hotel near downtown and the waterfront! Great for families and small groups! Only 10 minutes walk to the old town where the good restaurants are!

Excellent hotel, very clean, very friendly employees. If you have to leave much later than check out time the have luggage and shower rooms.

Great location along the main strip in Alghero. There is a lovely beach directly across the road from the hotel with sunbeds for hire. You are about half way between the camping area and the old town in the port. The staff were lovely and friendly. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.The pool area was always kept spotless.

Our room was very basic; especially for the price per night. There are no tea/coffee facilities available and there is no iron available for use in the room or at reception. They charge extra to have clothing items ironed.There are no drawers or doors on the wardrobe, making the room look quite messy and cluttered all the time.Each bedside shelf was so small - I could fit my kindle and phone on it but not much else!Our room was located at the back of the hotel - this was very noisy from both road traffic and pedestrians - not the fault of the hotel obviously.

Great beach side location. Just close enough to the hustle of town center but far enough away from the noise. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable pool and surround. Nice but not stuffy. Breakfast spread was awesome.

Everything ……very clean , location, amenities , great staff , great grounds , all was well thought of. Fantastic 3 -star .

It was exactly as expected which was nice. Basic hotel with good view. Good staff. Good room. Good distance from town for night activities. Good price. No surprises. Good coffee in lobby.

What you can expect from a 3 star hotel. Gym needs treadmill that works. And a/c in gym. That’s all.

Close to the beach and old town. Basically it’s centralised and close to to Alghero vibes.

Clearness, service and the staff was so friendly.

Perfect location, great pool, comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was terrible. The bacon was raw. I've never seen such uncooked bacon. And the quality of the breakfast items was poor. Also, we are a family of four but our teens would join us halfway through breakfast. Every single day the staff would grill us about how many we were. We were there five days. You'd think they would have gotten used to our routine. And we were surrounded by empty 4 top tables. It's not like they didn't have enough. Some mornings three staff members would come up to us and give us a speech about how we should only be sitting at a two top. Lastly the hot tubs were both cold. We asked if one could be heated and they told us no. The hot tubs were barely used bc they were the same temperature as the pool. What's the point?

The balcony overlooking the pool and beachfront was my favorite part of Hotel Florida. That and the wonderful helpful staff were excellent.

The pillows were rather flat.

Great location. Beautiful view from the balcony (when you pay extra for the room with a sea view). Big, comfortable bed. Breakfast. Cleanliness. Friendly staff.

There could be more vegetables for breakfast.

Hotel Florida is located close to the city centre, there are many restaurants, bars and supermarkets around it. There is a beach in front and nice view from my balcony.

Breakfast is not very good, limited basic selection of food.

The location was very good. The room was nice with a great view. The breakfast was very good, I would have liked more vegetable options. The gym is quite big and very well equipped. The staff is very friendly.

The bathroom is a bit small but this was not a very big issue.
