Great location and room was big clean and great view

Fridge barely worked and toilet flush didn’t clear the pan.

Excellent location and friendly staff. We actually stayed here 2 nights in the beginning and one night at the end. We were able to check in early both times.

Early check-in facilitated and very efficient check-in process.

Hotel is slightly dated

The location is excellent, right on the seafront with lovely views and just a short walk to Maria Pia beach and the old town. We booked a Double Room with Balcony and Sea View, which was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant was a nice surprise – good quality food, popular with locals, and open late, which was perfect when we arrived late in the evening.

The room felt a little empty at first and the decor is slightly dated. It would be nice to have coffee or tea facilities in the room, which would make mornings more convenient.

The restaurant attached to the property is great. Staff there are very nice.

The staff, and the way they handled our AC not working and us having to go to another hotel (Hotel Florida) next door ,because we we weren’t sleeping in a room that was nearly 31 Celsius with a toddler, 27 c when we first got in the room. Temp raised when we came back later in the day after letting the AC run. The staff called the maintenance but there was nothing they could do and told us it’s just old. We asked if they had standing fans by chance and were told no. He man basically shrugged his shoulders and left our room with no solutions. The room seemed clean but we found some sort of liquid on the ground next to the beds. The beds don’t seem to have sheets or they just pick and choose what bed gets sheets. We were shocked when we took off the top sheet to find our double beds with only one fitted sheet.

Very nice location, friendly staff, and a very good restaurant inside it! We only stayed there one night but it was very nice. Loved that the AC worked. We had an early flight in, and we were able to check into our room a bit early. Was very nice and we were grateful

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but was ok for 1 night! Could feel the springs a little bit..

The room is very basic/standard - it’s perfect for a place to rest, but not hugely comfortable.

Easy check in and out and friendly staff. Good location - opposite the beach and 20 minute walk to the old town.

Hotel felt dated. I was asked to choose between 2 single beds or a double, I chose double but it was two singles pushed together. The beds had wheels so they moved apart in the night meaning I slept on a single anyway.My room was also right next to the lifts which were constantly in use so ear plugs were needed.

The hotel was quite decent, with very friendly staff. It’s in a great location — right by the beach and only a 10-minute walk to the city center.

Staff was very nice and helpful , see wasn’t as visible as we thought although we paid for see view room , check in and check out was very smooth and easy

The staff were very good. Great view from balcony. Restaurant was great. Breakfast was good.We enjoyed our stay.

It’s not a 4 star hotel, overpriced. Rooms are very old, you can smell the kitchen from the second floor. Two single beds together do not make a double bed!

The location is excellent on the beach front with parking space along the road and hotel.Staff was excellent, very kind and helpful at all times.Hotel room was very clean, towels changed daily and room cleaned daily too. Room had a side view of the beach as described when booking.Hotel offers a very good buffet breakfast and also has a pizzeria and restaurant for dinner.

The bed was not really comfortable as the mattress sank in the middle.The overall decor of the hotel needs refurbishment as it looks dated, reminds of late nineties decor. The hotel has a lot of potential with a more modern decor.Otherwise it was ok

Excellent Location. Nice sea front walk to the old town. Beach side. Walking distance to supermarkets and numerous cafes and bars. Really helpful and friendly staff. Fridge in the room was replaced the morning following reporting a fault. Ate in the hotel restaurant a few evenings and it was excellent.

Cannot think of a lot that would improve the hotel. Some reviews mention that the decor is dated but the cleanliness and overall standards of food and service did not make the appearance an issue for me.

Location was amazing ❤️ straight across from the beach - saw the most beautiful sunsets every evening.... 5 min walk from the bus stop for the airport ? 10-15 minute walk from old town ? Staff were great - the beautiful ladies behind the reception desk always smiling and pleasant.... The guys in the bar were attentive and even brought me sardinia potatoes and Cheese while I was sitting on the veranda one evening ❤️ (delish by the way) ... Room was clean - had everything I needed .... Such great Value for money ?

Good location on the beach. Close walk to walled medieval centre. No street noise in the room. Friendly front desk staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean room, A/C worked, comfortable bed.
