DON’T STAY HERE. Building is very old, away from everything. We booked through Booking.com, had an emergency and they refused to cancel the reservation. I have done this through Booking before and it’s possible. There are many other hotels in the area. Avoid this one.

The check in was easy even late at night

This place is not a 4 star hotel. It’s like a 1 star motel. Or at least the room I had was. It was old. Bathroom moldy. Furniture in bad condition. Bed you could feel springs. Laying on the bed made me feel like something was crawling on me. I left after two hours and booked another hotel. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everytime someone next door used the bathroom. As well as hearing some crazy screams and other noises.

Room was clean and cleaning staff very nice and friendly. Breakfast very good with variety of options to choose from.

Terrible First Impression – Rude Staff and Dirty PoolWe walked to the hotel and things went downhill from the moment we arrived. The man at the front desk asked for three passports, including the kids’, which felt unnecessary. I told him I needed to get the luggage first, and right after that, he started confusing our two rooms (I was traveling with my sister). It was a mess—he kept mixing up who was supposed to stay in which room.When he asked me if I was tired and I said no, he suddenly became very rude and aggressive, saying, “For fuck’s sake, I’m working here,” and then continued to talk over me. He wouldn’t even let me explain anything. He never apologized and made us feel completely unwelcome. His behavior was disgusting—unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly ruined the check-in experience. Someone like this should not be working in hospitality.On top of that, the pool was cloudy and dirty. I wouldn’t even put my foot in it—it looked unhygienic and unmaintained.That said, the room itself was fairly clean, and I really appreciated the hard work of the cleaning staff. Also, the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful, a complete contrast to the rude man.Unfortunately, because of how poorly we were treated by that one staff member, I would not return or recommend this hotel. Management needs to take action and seriously reconsider who they put at the front desk.

Being straightforward hotel is literally in ruin. Old ugly indoors, scraped furnitures and doors. There is no eather one electric socket close to bed, ultimately I was borrowed an extension. Bed uncomfortable and dirty (see attached photos). Service was below expectation likewise. During check in we were asked to pay for breakfast (while it was included in price).On check out date, Front Office Manager did not refered to our complaint, no compensation was offerred (we were group of 10 people). Big advantage is location and decent breakfast.

Breakfast was excelent and personel was very helpfull. Beach was near and City center in a walking distance (~2km). There was also a small swimming pool, but we did not have time to try it.

Room was very small for 3 persons. There was no parking place and there was scarcely street parking. We managed to find a place for our car - but it was off season.

The room was clean, and the location was very convenient. The breakfast was good, but the menu was the same each day—it would be nice to have a bit more variety throughout the week, and the mattress was not very comfortable.

The staff were helpful and friendly.Our room had a good size.The beach is very close, and there are also good restaurants nearby.Breakfast buffet is good for the price.

Two smaller downsides, the rooms do not provide a lot of noise dampening, meaning you can hear quite a lot from the rooms around you. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.Mosquito nets in the windows would have been nice.

No services available after breakfast. No bar, no cafeteria, no reading room, no tea facilities in room

Large, perfectly clean room (superior), with a nice bathroom and with some sea view. Unbelievably kind and polite staff. Breakfast with wide selection of hot and cold meals, good coffee.

There was nothing like that, unless..that we had to go home. ?

Not like a 4 star hotel rather 3 stars. No Moskito nets so too many moskitos inside. No drinking water, no coffee cooker pot.

The staff was amazing and very supportive with my lady which she did not feel good. They gave us the best customer service. Grazie mille a tutti, especially to Maria.

Good location and clean room

bed extremly narrow and uncomfy, japanese rooms with paper walls are more soundproof that those rooms.. everytime your neighbour flushes the toilet you can hear it...

Location, value for money, staff.

Thin doors, you can hear everything from the corridors and at the reception.

Location, conditions comfortable bed.

You can hear the noise from the street and neighbours rooms.
