Pros +
- Beautiful place, friendly,clean... the rooms in very good conditions. Very good place for little money..
- The room was generally clean and adequately maintained, offering a comfortable environment for a short stay. Parking was convenient and accessible, which made arrival and departure easier. Overall, the basic facilities met expectations.
- Clean bedroom and the outdoor space is well decorated. Once you can finally get a hold of staff, they are polite.
Cons -
- There was no internet during the stay, as the connection was not functioning, which caused inconvenience. Additionally, locating sheets and a blanket for one of the beds was difficult; although the hotel responded with pillow and sheets, the missing blanket required us to improvise. These issues affected the overall comfort level.
- Our problems started before we even arrived to the accommodation. The check-in must be completed through a form that works poorly. After many tries, we contacted the reception. After two phone calls, we ended up having to send them our information, so they could complete the check in for us. We only got confirmation that it had been done when we had to contact them again. We booked a spacious double bedroom with one bed and one sofa. Once we got to the room, there were two single beds, no sofa and the room itself was smaller. On top of that, it was 27ºC outside (at 2am) and the air conditioning was extremely noisy. We spoke to the staff, who informed us that was the only room available, but that we could try get a "different" room the next day. If we wished to, we could "rearrange the beds ourselves and put them together". As for the air conditioning, we could "open the window since it was cool outside". The next day, there was no one at the reception, as usual. When we called the reception number about the room, they argued that our reservation was for that room, that we "should've asked specifically for a double bed" and that it was Booking's issue. They told us they'd check if there were any other rooms and they'd "call us 5 minutes after"...which they never did. We got tired of chasing the staff, really, so we didn't try anymore. We then contacted Booking, so we could verify if the issue was really theirs. They confirmed our original (and only) reservation and informed us that the details were communicated to the hotel. At check-out this was discussed again and staff still argued it was either our or Booking's fault. We were exhausted from going back and forth about this honestly. While we were checking out, we tried to get tobacco from the vending machine they have in the reception, but no product came out after we paid. We informed the staff, who told us to contact them.
- Very disappointing the restaurant wasn’t open and we were not told this at time of booking. If we had breakfast would have to sit outside with the dogs, although we paid €30 extra for the dogs to be with us . It was a cold morning ! 15€ each for dogs per night is expensive. Our dogs travel with beds etc and do not drop hair. It should be a €15 € one off payment per stay ! Luckily lots are now giving free stay for pets

The experience with this hotel it was good... but dystopic.First, google sent us two times to a garbage disposal place when coming from the North (from the South it was ok). To the direction of the hotel: improve the directions for those coming from the North! Then, when I arrived, the self digital check in, it was a real pain... even asking to take picture of your ID to be uploaded...Finally, when I managed to find the entry... There was NO ONE there... nearly a sense of "The Shining", in a big and beautiful hotel was in the air. Nobody in the lobby, only a sign saying: If there is nobody here, go to the adjacent bar... where there was nobody... a feeling of complete emptiness was filling the atmosphere. Two ladies appeared outside talking over a table... I thought they were part of the staff. When I approached them, they answered: "Oh, no, we are just neighbors that came in to the (now empty) place up to a few minutes ago, to checkwhat is going on...". At the end someone appeared... apologizing.: "I had a couple of users with some difficulty", acknowledging she was overwhelmend. To the Hotel direction: Please do contract some more people if you want to maintain a professional Hotel!, Besides this, the hotel, experience and staff were lovely.,
Clean, comfortable rooms, great price
The room was fabulous, comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Staff very pleasant and helpful

The staff is awsome. Very clean all around, with a very pleasant mission style architecture. If you are driving it is very conveniently located.I returned there for a longer stay as oppose to being close to my point of business.
The breakfast
Good value for money if you’re just transiting, but not ideal for a vacation. The location is convenient for a short stay, but it lacks the amenities and atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. Decent for the price, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays.
The room, especially the bathroom, needs some maintenance.
Staff very pleasant. Spanish style of the property.
But tired, needs an update.Menu very limitedDifficult to find following sav nav
The staff were super kind and friendly. Also we really liked the outside and restaurant ambiance.
The blanket was smelly and there were stains on a towel that made me feel that they were not cleaning properly. Also the seating part of the toilet was broken and the bed was not that comfortable. One night we couldn't sleep until 3:00 am because there was a party in the neighborhood bar and even though I asked the assistant to call them, they didn't resolve the problem.
Friendly staff, unique authentic style. Clean & tidy.
Would of liked a kettle in the room & the pipes made a constant loud noise so sleep was a bit disrupted.
Very nice looking hotel. Staff excellent. Good Value.
When dark on first arrival a little bit of a search for reception.
Clean and allowing dogs Nice decor in the restaurant arean
The whole ambiance of the accommodation is relaxed. We eat at the restaurant and enjoyed excellent service and food was delicious.
Nothing to dislike.
Very cute place and comfortable stay for few days. I especially liked the garden and chilling there during the evenings. The location is close to nice beaches, historic villages and Cadiz itself.
Easy and pet friendly
You hear a lot of your neighbours
The hotel is at the main street outside from El Puerto de Santa Maria. It has a wonderful inner courtyard which protects the hotel from any street noise. It is very nice to sit there in the evening and having something to eat or drink. The restaurant is nice and offers food and drinks for reasonable prices. Although it is outside the town you can reach the town easily with your car and park for free at the beginning of the town. From there anything is in walking distance including the ferry terminal to Cadiz.
There was a 20% discount at the bar recommended by the hotel in the city center. The hotel had a large car park. I didn't have any parking problems. The clean staff was good.
Only Spanish was spoken during check-in. It had to be in English. My boyfriend can understand it because he is Portuguese, but it was not a good experience for me. One should be more professional. The sound permeability of the room walls was quite high. In the morning, the sound of guests' suitcases leaving the hotel disturbed my sleep. I did not spend any time in the hotel during the day. I was only there to sleep. There was a strong smell in the room at midnight that we could not understand where it was coming from. Even though I made a reservation with a double room, the room was given twin beds I accepted the room because I came from a long way and I was tired. and I had to assemble the beds myself. The location is quite far from the city center.
Easy-access parking, clean rooms and good service,
Breakfast was 4 Euro per person and was limited to 1 bun with oil and a pastry with only jam packets (no cheese, ham or tomatoes).Paper-thin walls, every sound was heard. We were unlucky to have noisy neighbors playing music and laughing till 3am (had to ask Concierge to take action).
The lady (I didn't get her name) at the front desk was absolutely lovely. She explained that she had recently been hired and went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care. The extra effort and pleasantness was exceptional. Parking on site was a bonus.
