Lovely breakfast friendly staff very helpful amazing spa

All is very basic. I wish they would change the pillow which are very hard and unfomfortable, then it would be value for money. Unfortunately I couldn't sleep well because of pillows.

The spa was small but good, don't know why you have to wear a cap in a spa. Room very clean. Staff polite and friendly.

Outdated, old fashioned furniture in the bedroom and bathroom old and chipped bath. It needs a renovation.

Cleanliness, staff, location, room- size.Over all very good value and we will most definitely return.

You could feel the bed construction beneath the mattress. The bed covers were a bit utilitarian and could be a bit softer .

It was fine. The room was good the room was quiet.

I had booked a hotel with a spa as I have a back injury. When we arrived the spa was closed. That would have been ok but I had spa in my booking.com filters and if a hotel is advertised and sold as a spa that is what the consumer should get It is false advertising.The girl at reception was defensive and just said at 7pm when we arrived that her colleague emailed us and we could go somewhere else if we wanted ( we received the mail late due to crossing the border)True customer care was lacking and of course it wasn't her fault but nor mine as a client and consumer. Something like that beeds addressing on the filters or on the actual hotel site such as SPA IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED.

Breakfast was okay, but toasters are put on such a place, where it's hard to use when loads of people stand in the line.

Rooms bit old and would need renovation, too much red for my preference.

not very modern but kept in good shape. Menu of the day in the restaurant is good value

ond glass in the room was not clean at arrival but it was probably a coincidence

The staff were very friendly.

The Spa was closed on Sunday and Wed morning, no information was provided for this at the start of our stay. At 30 euros for a day it would not have been worth it for half a day. We bought a bottle of wine but we're not allowed to sit outside on the terrace as we were not eating. Seemed a bit off considering they were not even half full. Air conditioning in the room was mediocre. We didn't complain as the above things seemed too trivial at the time and we were only staying 4 nights.

Can't get food or drink between 10am and 6pm and after 10pm not even a drop of water

The place was nice and clean. We didn't go to the spa but our room and the breakfast were outstanding.

The room was a nice size and the bathroom had a bath tub. It was also very convenient to be able to charge phones from bed.

The hotel has a very dated look, the room's door would only close with a loud bang. The "air conditioner" was basically just a glorified fan and it was difficult to sleep as the room was warm. Breakfast was passable, when a complaint was made about the bread being dry, the staff member just replied saying to toast it

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and bright. Dinner was a good value and delicious.

The hallways were dark. They had automatic sensors to turn on the lights but were set up coming from the lobby to the rooms, not the other way around so we needed a flashlight until we got within range of the sensors. The bed was hard but that seems to be the case everywhere we have stayed in Spain.

Old and a little run down, stale bread with breakfast, the rooms/patios were not very private as the low walls many you could be seen from reception/bar area

Hotel old fashion, but all clean and comfortable. We liked SPA. It is small but cozy.

Staff is friendly but some not speaking good English. So for foreigners it can be challenging but manageable.

Hotel needs updating and the beds & bedding need to be updated. Room was noisy

The staff where very nice. The hotel is somewhat antiquated and needs some refurbishing. Breakfast and dinner was ok but nothing exciting. Spa was good but shower facilities where out of order. Hotel in good walking area from the town centre.

The hotel in general needs an uplift. I understand COVID has hit hard but facilities need to be improved in general.
