Very nice like a miniature village with small outdoor places and nice facilities, unfortunately it was raining during our visit

Beautiful hotel with great amenities and good location. The indoor pool was lovely and the staff were very friendly.

The biggest issue we had is that the property is advertised with air conditioning, this wasn’t the case when we visited and the air conditioning is alternated with the heating depending on the season, meaning that the room temperature is either set to hot or cold. We did not know this when we arrived so we set the temperature to cold on the thermostat and then woke up really hot and bothered during the night. This lead to getting no sleep on the first night and having to keep the door open for a few hours to cool the room down. The remaining nights were better as we just left the thermostat off, but be aware if you choose to stay here that there is no air conditioning in winter, so if your preference is to sleep in a cool room then you may be uncomfortable. The breakfast was generally good but the hot options were mainly canned/processed goods so it didn’t feel as fresh as we would have liked.

Location a good half hour walk from the ferry point but well worth the cost of a taxi as the hotel is set in beautiful gardens and there’s great places to eat and drink near by.

The pool was closed but that’s what we get for travelling in early March.

Quiet and peaceful.

Breakfast was not up to its usual quality. Sone items appeared not very be fresh. IE, cheese and ham. Otherwise, service was impeccable.

This is a fantastic hotel. We booked a premium room at a fantastic price because it was off season (January 2025). It is more like a suite than a room with big beds, sofas, chairs, a balcony, a large bathroom, hallway, etc. It even had a large bath in the bedroom which was a little odd. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in the hotel all friendly and helpful. The hotel is several buildings in beautiful grounds. There are public seating areas and enclosed courtyards. It's a lovely place to stay and relax after a lot of travelling.

We enjoyed this hotel immensely. Great staff and our room was spectacular. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty.We are already planning on staying there again soon.

Location and size of suites

Beds were not so comfortable and breakfast seemed extensive and very low quality. Apparently same in all group hotels

Location, balcony, coffee machine

Bizarre mix of furniture in the room gives an awkward first impression

The hotel is beautiful, especially the garden setting. The room was large and peaceful. The beds were comfy and the bath luxurious.

A bit more milk for the coffee machine would have been nice.

Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a few restaurants, huge bedroom with lots of storage, balcony, large shower, easy parking. Good breakfast offering many choices.

Enjoyed the facilities and the spectacular interior decor, the spacious room with comfy beds and the generous breakfast.

Wide discrepancy in service attitude between members of staff, varied from excellent to indifferent.

Lovely stay,exceedingly comfortable good location, howevwr as the is no restaurant for eating in the evenings for us was a bit problematic as local establishments were either closed on the days we visited or only open very late.More guidance information and assitance would greatly enhance the ratings I'm sure.Knowing where to go to eat is essential for people staying.Overall, apart from second this hopefully positive aspect. Lovely stay.Well done.

I have stayed in some nice hotels; however, Hotel Soho Boutique Vistahermosa is absolutely the best! Our room was charming and large. The bed was super comfortable. The staff could not have been more accommodating , and the breakfast was simply amazing: meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, eggs (over easy and scrambled), juices, coffee (cappuccino, espresso, Americana, etc.), breads, croissants, cereals….
