Wifi didn’t work Parking was no good Front desk staff didn’t stand up from theirs desks a few feet behind the front desk and shouted from afar

to find the place was kind of difficult

Arrived, tired, thirsty and hungry to be greeted by the most rude unaccommodating ignorant man in reception! Who needs a new career (NOT) in hospitality! We had no chance of food or drink until 8pm with no hint of apologies. We didn’t bother eating or drinking at the establishment and even skipped breakfast in our haste to depart.The rooms are like prison cells but bed moderately comfortable….We won’t return or recommend.

Location is great for walks and quietness.

It’s a little jaded but that was reflected in the price and the fact that it was low season.

Very Clean, simple and very effective for the price we paid. Staff were friendly, breakfast was adequate for the price. Overall great value for money if you want something cheap and cheerful.

The stuff was helpful.

The room was small and lacked adequate heating, despite the air conditioning unit providing some minimal warmth. Bathroom heating was absent. Furthermore, the television remote controls were malfunctioning. We're happy, that we stayed there for just one night.

The room and the general facilities were quite poor, the breakfast was only served between 8 and 10am and we had to leave the room earlier so we had not had a chance to have it. The air-conditioning wasn't working properly. No kettle & hair dryer available.

Horrible bedroom

The dinner was at 9pm, I like to be in bed for 10pm. There was not a buffet like it said on the itinerary, it was a choice of 3 courses. The bedroom could do with a refurbishment. The bathroom could do with a refurbishment as well, the whole place was tatty, it could be considered a 1* hotel not a 3*!

The staff are excellent, the location was good, the pool was great, there is nothing I can say to run down the place,

Room good size and quiet but this isn't a hotel, the rooms are individual terrace style units on a Butlins style campus. Only plus was easy access to beach.

Reception experience was very unpleasant due to staff attitude, Shouted at for having the dog with us at check-in in the entrance hall, (We'd booked for dog) The breakfast was a scrum (all self service) as there were coach parties in the same room trying to eat breakfast before their coach left. We did not attempt to have an evening meal there. Address is not clear, hotel is not on the main road named in the address but down a side road with no signage. Would not have ever found it without help from a very helpful local.

Nice structure in the middle of the woods, with a garden, and a patio. Large room and bathroom.

Swimming pool was great .

There was a wedding on at the place on the Saturday. Some of the staff treated the rest of the guest as an inconvenience. The car park could not be accessed from outside. The bathroom smelt bad. I asked for a double bed but we could only have two singles.

One of the receptionists was so helpful, when I could not manage to get any bus back to Seville city centre from this accommodation, she spent ages helping me, I would not have figured it out with out her help. The staff are all really nice!

Close to the beach. Comfy rooms. Good breakfast

No hot water at times. Pool closed.

Ideal for an overnight stay. Quiet location. Room a little tired and dated but clean and bright. You won't find anywhere cheaper in the area. Free on site parking. Breakfast was OK.

Would be unfair to criticise anything for the price I paid .

For us was perfect. Decent breakfast, free parking, good Internet connection.
