A lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout. The room and bathroom were good - no problems at all. Recommended.

Receptionist seems unfriendly and unhappyThe curtains dont cover well the window, too much light for us to sleep/nap. The bed is small 130cm which is not familiar for us to sleep well or feel comfortable

This place totally exceeded my expectations! The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really made me feel welcome. My room was super comfy and spotlessly clean. Totally recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The accommodations were lovely and we appreciated the attention to detail. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to address the noise from the elevator. It seemed particularly noticeable at night and unfortunately disturbed my girlfriend's sleep. Aside from this issue, we highly recommend this location.

Normally good value, but during the Feria de Caballo in Jerez it was quite expensive. Still, glad to have accommodation, and I always like staying at Chaikana, it's a great location!

The rooms were small, clean and simple but very comfortable and conveniently located. There was no parking on site but plenty nearby at reasonable rates. Staff was friendly but they didn't speak English. Great value for money, especially during Holy Week in Spain.it's at 25-30 min from Cadiz by car

The room was clean and simple. Beds were made daily and towels and toiletries were replenished. Staff were friendly and helped us to find parking nearby. Great value for money, especially during Holy Week in Spain.

No tea/coffee facilities in hotel. TV only had two channels and could not connect to Netflix etc. Room was not so soundproofed and we could hear chatter from rooms surrounding us.

Room as pictured, noisy due to partying elsewhere in upstairs room. Limited insulation. Nice breakfast included.

Insulation is poor. Neighbors are quietly present, as is yourselves vice versa. Any flush of toilet or running shower nextdoor is audible not contributing to calm Chaikana *teahouse* atmosphere.

They don’t advertise that it is paid parking, but only $7 per 24 hour period. Breakfast was limited.

Really good choice for four nights in Puerto de Santa Maria. Lovely inside, nice room, friendly people on reception. In a great spot in the town, ten minutes from both the ferry port for going to Cadiz and the railway station. Nice restaurant Cebelleros nearby. Would recommend.

Happy with everything

Excellent position, just 3 minutes from the town hall and about 7 minute walk from the train station. A very good breakfast.

Bed was comfortable, building and street were quiet, building was clean.

After the first day, the room smelled like trash.
