Wonderful location for s quick trip into Cádiz by ferry. Comfy sheets and towels. Helpful staff. Street parking available. 10 minute walk yo tourist sites and restaurants.

Location was central, yet quiet. Parking was convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful.

Pool area was disappointing. Pool was murky and surrounding area was dirty and unappealing. Pool bar was closed.

Wonderful place, with great staff who are very child friendly. Excellent breakfast.. nice touch with the crepe station - was a big hit for my kids. Very close to the Beach, Jerez and Rota but the pool and grounds are also awesome if you do not want to leave the hotel. Aldi is on the next street. Came on the trip as a solo parent with kids and still left refreshed. 10/10 for both families and solo travellers

Great location, walking distance of good restaurants, catamaran to Cadiz is a 3 min walk, 15 mins walk to local beach. Room was clean and tidy.

Clean hotel and located in good location

Air conditioning problem, did not change room but was asked to wait for repairs. Partially repaired. Was asked to pay for coffee 12 minutes after breakfast concluded even though breakfast was paid for

I come to Puerto de Santa Maria often and I always stay at this hotel which is the best value for money.

Amazing housekeeping staff.Very clean room every single room.Comfortable bed.No noise and it was Jerez racing.Pleasant reception staff .young dark hair girl.Bar closes very early.Unfair for me no space in garage for my car .I had to park 30 minutes away but it wasn't a problem because it was millions of people..Very good pool on the roof top were I was with my son watching the Sunset with no people at all..

Strange location, though in centre of the town, pretty unsafe feeling.

The breakfast and the cost of the breakfast. They even charged me for a bigger tea cup for the room !

The patio garden is nice to sit in, very Moroccan vibe to it . Nice afternoon sunshine there as the rooftop area was closed off .

Bathroom a bit too small also not enough wardrobe space with only 3 hangers . Noisy corridors, dogs barking and the doors are noisy when closing . I found the bedroom too small and would have liked a change of bed linen .

Super friendly staff. Nice rooms with a great shower and comfy bed. Quite spacious really. The lounge & bar were quite stylish. And had a bonus free parking lot across the street. We would stay here again!

The room and bed were comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good, being just a block in from the Guadalete river estuary. The room size was adequate and good value for the room price.

Almost everything was very good. The quality of the towels could have been better. The towels were a little thin, not enough towel pile.

We really did enjoy this hotel and even spent additional one night. Staff were friendly, rooms clean, modern and beds comfortable. Location also is very good and next to the hotel you can find big parking lot where is no issues to park your car for free.

The initial welcome was good from the female member of staff at reception, who also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants to obtain dinner.. Male receptionists on the following days seemed oblivious to guests entering and leaving the hotel, or simply chose to ignore them. We had occasion to complain that the temperature control system in the room did not appear to be keeping the room cool, but we're told that it only gave heat????. .

The isolation wasn’t good. I could hear the neighbors taking shower like it was in my room. The guy at the reception want very friendly .

Location quuite ok if you're heading to Cadiz and want to do a stopover

Check in the evening it took 50 min only one lady was available at the desk. The hotel is extremely noisy since the doors are so old quality you can hear everything in the hallway, toilet very old style, cleaning basic.

Comfortable and very big bed. Tasty breakfast. And finally a warm room and shower

bright light in the hallway all night - shone through the door at night
