This property was in a nice neighborhood and a new modern building. Everything was sparkling clean and comfortable and we appreciated the fruit and water after a long trip. I would highly recommend it.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. They responded to me when I thought I had forgot some personal items in my room. I eventually found them, but the fact that their staff took the time to answer my requests meant a lot to me. I would return should I ever be in the area again.

No specific complaints. I only spent one evening on the premises.

Great value. We’ve stayed here a number of times over the years. Our go to hotel in Rota. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant has fantastic tapas and in the morning great coffee!

Super friendly desk clerk - even helped save a parking spot right in front of the door. Nice little bar downstairs and on the sidewalk. Spacious and comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Bedroom was noisy (near reception)

Great king-size firm bed. Blackout shutters. Spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable room 202 - loved it. Shower and taps that work perfectly with no pressure issues. Everything was clean. Air con. Tv. Fridge. Sofa.

Sofa needs to be replaced.

The room was quite convenient for us and the beds are comfortable. The staff took every opportunity to accommodate our needs for the visit which was complicated when determining our checkout date.

twin beds are not the best

The location is great - close to the bus station and just 5 minutes to the beach; a supermarket is nearby. I actually liked the fact that the hotel was aside from the main street, located in a quiet area. However, it took me just 10-15 minutes to get to the market and the main streets. The room had all you need and everything was very clean. The cleaning lady did my room nicely. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a cafe/bar on the ground floor where you can have a tasty breakfast.

The only thing was that the window in my room faced the stairs in the building. I should have been more careful when booking the room. Other than that. it was a really pleasant stay.

Central location meant we could walk anywhere: up to the base, down to the port, along to the beaches, restaurants, or shopping. We had room 303 which is two- level, with the bathroom and TV room on the entry level and the stairs up to the bedroom + the terrace. Views from the terrace facing east were great, a lovely breeze, shady in the afternoon. A nice place to relax al-fresco. Probably the best room in the hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always available. We don't speak much Spanish but they had enough English that communication was not a problem.

Nothing - it was a great stay and I would come back again in the future!

Location great. Close to shopping and beach

Bedsheet had a funky musty smell. We brought it the attention of staff and they replaced sheets and we were fine after that.

Not my favourite place to stay

We had room right behind reception. It was very noisy with voices. Dingy view to back alley.

Excellent location, rooms are cozy and clean. The hotel staff is great and it looks amazing inside.

Showers are tiny. Hot water goes out quickly, it never came back. Not sure what the issue was. They clearly have a water heater in the bathroom.

The staff were amazing, especially the overnight manager who was very patient with my late night, early in the morning routines. There is a grocery store right across the street.

Ants...but where I come from you can't get rid of them either.

Everything! Clean, comfy, amazing sea view terrace in room 303! Staff from front desk to housekeeping were welcoming and friendly. Great location walkable everywhere! Great little market across the street and the cafeteria has ice cold brew with welcoming staff (thanks Yvette) and patrons were all a great group accepting and welcoming to us visitors!

A little loud with the cafe downstairs… but they were closed by 10… not a show stopper

Nothing, It was a no frills stay,I travel on a tight budget and thought my money was well spent here. Great little room and bed, with a tv and nice shower/bathroom.I would recommend to solo travellers looking for a good value stay
