    • disappointed

    Cons -

    • The variety of food include few “halal” options.
    • the hotel didn't have a swimming pool or a children's pool, which we weren't warned about. I chose a hotel with a children's pool and was very disappointed that I couldn't use it. the children's time in the spa center was very limited and required additional payment. I'm disappointed
    • The rain and wind. Bad luck in March, obviously not the hotel's fault :) Breakfast and Dinner could be problematic in high-season when hotel must handle large(r) numbers of people, narrow space to the buffets/tables.

The Hotel overall facilities are great. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Green spaces around fantastic and only a few steps from the beach. Large spaces and options to chill out, outside and inside. Short animation with music in one of the evenings was fun! You need a car to go out in the evening.Breakfast was great! Many choices and fast replenished. Dinner was also good. Varied options, meat and fish grilled on the spot. Desserts were delicious and sometimes over the top ! Great chocolate fountain one night! Gluten free: although there were no labels for intolerances, the staff was very accommodating, explaining clearly the options and willing to help wherever possible. Normal bread for breakfast was on a separate table. Well thought off! Plenty of options for vegetarians, gluten and lactose intolerants.

The hotel provides basic accommodation and the staff were friendly. There was a good selection of options for breakfast. I can imagine the hotel would be great in the summer season.

The hotel was very cold in the corridor’s, and our room was situated quite a long walk away from the hotel entrance and reception, although the hotel didn’t feel like it had many people staying at that time. I can imagine the hotel would be a great place to stay in summer, but when we visited it felt very empty and there were barely any staff available. We called reception to ask for more milk and for a clean mugs as they had not been replaced when the room was serviced, and we were told there was no one to deliver the items and that we would have to go down to the reception to collect it ourselves. The dinner food options weren’t great, and the hot food options in the dinner buffet were very salty. There are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby as the area is quite remote, which meant we had no choice but to eat at the hotel.

    Large clean room & facilities

Utter lack of ambiance being too big & too corporate. Food was largely dull & predictable feeling like upmarket "school dinners". It's what you get when catering for so many people. The antithesis of what I like for in a hotel.

A lovely resort, all 3 pools were closed during winter and as it’s low season there are only one restaurant open. Beautiful grounds

    6GulliverPosted on: 1-6-2025

Good food at buffet supper and breakfast. They kindly let us keep our bikes inside.

Spa doesn’t open until 11 AM! Beds too soft, only one pillow per person. No direct access to the beach. In our bedroom, there was a bathtub, but the bathplug didn’t work so you couldn’t actually run a bath. Generally overpriced.

    5EdwardPosted on: 1-5-2025

The staff were extremely helpful and polite at all times.

The facility did not have any entertainment for adults or children's throughout our stay it was quite boring for our children with nothing to do in the hotel not good enough.

    Location

Pool didn’t work, the restaurant outside was closed, the information about dinner was different from what said on the brochure. Also restaurant where dinner buffet supposed to be was closed and dinner was at the same place with breakfast. Another thing, it says on brochure that dinner Adults only, but when we came to dinner it was full of noisy kids who’s been running around. So dinner wasn’t comfortable. Variety of food and quilting was 5 of 10.

    6MatthewPosted on: 12-9-2024

    It was quiet.

The beds were very hard and for a hotel that was not very busy, we were given a beautiful view overlooking the driveway to the parking garage.

    7NeilPosted on: 12-1-2024

Room was comfortable didn't arrive till 10.30pm as ferry was delayed

Getting into underground carpark the automatic garage door started to close on our car before we were through. On exit it wouldn't open called reception who opened it to find we had to contact them again to get through sliding gate at top of ramp.

The hotel is very family friendly with nice rooms and comfortable beds. The buffé was highly appreciated by all our family members, adults as well as the children. We also appreciated the proximity to the beach, the bike path, as well as the golf course.

We missed the a la carte restaurant, which is not open during low season.

    9ChipiePosted on: 11-2-2024

The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel was spotless

Nothing I didn't like, really. Obviously, it was out of season, so things around the hotel were closed.

    6EdgarPosted on: 10-26-2024

Room was ok, quiet with a nice balcony with pool view. Breakfast ok but could have more Spanish products, sometimes very crowded. Pool area ok.

Paid 75€ for using the SPA for 90min (2 adults and 1 children). This is a robbery! Also the price for 3 for dinner at the buffet (without drinks) is also very expensive. Much better options (less than 50€ with drinks) 10 min by car.

    8RachaelPosted on: 10-26-2024

Rooms were very large and comfortable, it was great to have a balcony

The pool was not open even though booking.com said it would be

    5RobinPosted on: 10-19-2024

    The room

Closed the main pool without notice, alternative pool was not good, small, water cold & poor location away from facilities, was a “swim up pool” for rooms. No staff at bar in evening, had to ask receptionist to get service. Bike hire, no suitable bikes for hire even though hotel was not busy

I/we don’t usually stay in this kind of buffet and animation type of resort, maybe only at the end of an active holiday. Exactly what I needed after a full week of flamenco dance classes and La Bienal shows in busy Sevilla: relax, enjoy the sun, swimming pool and beach. Plus only half an hour driving from Jerez airport. Great large room (suite). Spotlessly clean with complete amenities and shower/jacuzzi bath. Large terrace with chairs and sunbeds. Upon check-in I was told my room would overlook the adult pool (and beach/sea as booked). Given room 417 did not overlook the pool though but garden/street but with the palm trees and sea in the distance still lovely. Buffet dinner did the job, if you don’t want to go out. Ambiance I guess typical for buffet style. Nice extra: the rate included breakfast buffet but had to leave very early. Mention this at reception and upon check-out they will have a picknick ready for you: sandwiches, yoghurt, fruit and a package of fruit juice, very welcome when waiting at the airport ?

Room 417: nice suite but beware that the terrace is near the exhaust (airco/ventilation?) which turns on every 10-15 minutes l for equally long noisy periods. So actually prevented me from enjoying the terrace, why I booked this, especially since I was travelling alone without my husband. Luckily the adult only pool area is nice and quiet and then of course the beautiful beach very nearby. In all fairness, did not ask to switch rooms as it was only for two nights with early departure.
