Pros +
- We were greeted with a friendly face, and when the receptionist realized that Spanish was our second language, she spoke slowly and clearly We appreciated that. She also helped us store our bikes as we stopped in Arcos on a bike tour. And the rooftop terrace is a great place to enjoy a beer with a great view. Every worker there was very friendly!

- Good location but tricky to get to and then park with motorbikes.
Cons -
- It was nice to have a cafeteria/bar in the hotel, however the beer was warm and the Heineken tap was broken.
- The staff felt rather absent and less friendly than I was used to during my trip. Unfortunately, the room had a strong moldy smell, which seemed to come from the wooden decorations on the walls. I would have preferred a different room without this issue.
- The staff communication skills were poor.. eg breakfast was (unexpected) much more expensive... the room had a bad smell like an open sewage sytem.. but after using the bathroom it became less.

Good location but tricky to get to and then park with motorbikes.
The staff was friendly the room was clean (but smelly) .. overall good value for money at a central location in an artistic authentic hotel with a smashing roof terrace and some stairs to go

Staff was nice and helpful. Location is great - right in the centre and very close to the public parking, which you get a discount for from the hotel.
There was an issue with the lights but the staff quickly fixed it all.
The hotel was in a good location with the old town a few minutes walk up the hill and the bus stop also nearby in the other direction. My room had its own spacious balcony looking out over Arcos de La Frontera. The room and bathroom were both clean and well maintained.
There were no plug sockets either side of the bed. Could only find 1 plug socket in the bathroom and 1 in the room itself with both sockets coming out of the wall so had to be careful. No bins in the room. The arch was a little low so felt i needed to duck my head all the time. If the hotel owner fixed these issues the room with balcony would have been perfect.
pretty little place. Very nicely decorated. clean and the air conditioning works well. room to sit outside in several sitting areas.
No sitting area inside the room but this is not a complaint. For this price, the room was perfect.
Nice staff, clean room, comfortable beds. The room was a bit small but had everything needed. Short rides to Jerez or Cadiz. Liked everything.+ dog friendly hotel. My dog was welcome as well.
Loved this little hotel. We were met by the smiliest young lady, who seemed to do everything from reception to providing breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast of toasted bun with preserves up on the sunny terrace with lovely views. We were an easy walk to all the historic sites and even enjoyed Friday market before we left.
The terrace was furnished and had a great view. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good value. I easily found free parking behind the hotel
Good located with options to use nearby parking with discount (10€ per day)
Noisy night due to ongoing undefined noises from the house (sounds like beds or tables are moved constantly) - no sleep without earplugs possible. Small room, wallpaper on the wall came down at the top of the wall, all in all no good condition from the room
Views, service, clean
All ok
Nicely designed,, warm welcome
At this time in year,, it was cold in room
We had a private balcony with fantastic views of the city and surroundings. The room was small but the bed was comfy. Charming atmosphere.
Nothing really
Rooftop terrace - great for realxing and for having breakfast. Quirky, fun decor in bedroom.
- Good location in the centre of Arcos de la Frontera. A quaint city in the mountains- Room itself was fine- Nice view from the terrace
- Personnel barely spoke any English. We had to do our check-in process using our very limited Spanish skills.- Reception almost never manned. You have to call someone to come down to help you.- Bathroom facilities need urgent upkeep.- Breakfast is bare minimum.
Very good place. Good communication with reception, room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom also very good. Great location. Awesome view from the terrace. Definitely recommend the breakfast! Excellent value for money.
Location is great for walking, but can be a bit difficult to park. May need to pay or park a bit far and walk.
Wonderful room with an excellent view of the city and capsule coffee machine inside. The terrace is 2 steps from the room. The hotel is located an hour's drive from the ocean and Seville for a reasonable price. Contactless check-in and check-out. Good breakfast at an affordable price.
Centric place , and well decorated , nice breakfast terrace, friendly staff that gave us a very good advice for dinner restaurant
No lift, no parking nearby , and they diluted the orange juice with water..
Good location. Late check-in available. Discount for the public parking.
