The hotel is located within 5min drive from the nearby town. We had a rental car so it was very easy to get in and out and the public parking right outside hotel is free so that's a big plus. City bus was passing by as well so I guess there is an easy route to town this way too. There are a few small shops and petrol station nearby if you need some basics.There is an artificial "beach" near by and outdoor swimming pool is quite large. Overall nice and quiet area for stay.

Breakfast was odd, we were expecting the usual European selection but instead had to "order". Not all items were available and early breakfast might be an issue. So if you need to have a decent and especially early breakfast - ask in advance or plan to eat elsewhere. Provided internet was reasonably good but phone signal was very spotty in the hotel, not their fault but just an fyi. Water reservoir is not clean so your only option would be outdoor pool.

Location cannot be beaten on the lake, plenty of parking. Food good, but very little choice for vegetarians let alone vegan.

Friendly staff, but not as attentive as in the past when we have visited.

Not being able to use the pool after 7pm. Pillow was uncomfortable.

The check in was very easy and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, it was clean and the bed linen smelt lovely!!

Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been welcomed.

I loved the location and the pool. The staff were friendly.

For me the bed wasn't firm enough but that's a personal choice.

The location is excellent. Beautiful view of Arcos from the hotel and the lake.

The room was very small, we were 2 adults and two children but we were put in a small double room. With an extra bed there was no room to move. Not good value for money at all. The beds were uncomfortable and it was hard to sleep due to noise levels. The doors had a massive gap below so all the noise from the corridor wasn't blocked. Understaffed restaurant and bar. Had to wait for ages to be served.

Great location with plenty of free parking. Instant hot water, TV, aircon/ heater worked instantly, comfortable bed and very clean. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Rooms are a little tired, but everything worked and was clean.

Nice location on the coast of silent lake close to the one of the most beautifull cities of Andalucia, Arcos de la frontera. Good traditional restaurant. People very friendly, helpfull and professional.

One very small deposit for garbage only in the bathroom. It will be better to have one more in the room.

The garden was very nice and the location next to the lake was very beautiful. The price was good as well.

We didn't have a brush for the toilet, even after we left a post-it in the bath as a reminder for the staff.
