Coral Sea Beach and Aqua Park

* Hats off to the manager, Mr. Tarek, for ensuring that their 4-star hotel is giving top notch service. He was also upgrading our room but we stayed in the original room as it is closer to the elevator. We also commend Esraa from the reception for being courteous especially to the elderly. * Internet is strong that you can still access it up to the swimming area. * Golf cart from the hotel to the beach. * Mouthwatering food & lots of variety* Heated pool (indoor & aqua park) * Spacious room, sanitized toilet, lots of activities, gym, well secured place

The cleaner probably wasn’t able to check the cabinet that we found undergarments underneath it. But this hotel is better than Porto Sokhna especially as regards to sanitation, professionalism & the variety of food they had at the buffet.

Staff are very helpful and friendly especially esraa and captain ahmed on the beach they are more than perfect

Nice food, friendly staff, good evening entertainment, swimming pools are clean.Heated outdoor pool and indoor pool are a big bonus! Perfect for kids.It is relatively close to Cairo which is convenient.

Felt it was a bit on the expensive side for the amount of service I got. Some of the kids playing equipment was a bit run down and same for some furniture.

Loved our stay! Amazing food, super friendly staff (special shoutout to Ms. Esraa—she was so caring, supportive, and always checked in to make sure we were having a great time!). The whole team was amazing, and check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel is perfect for kids. Highly recommend for a fun family getaway!

Long Lines at the BBQ, cakes not as fresh, mosquitoes at the reception at night time. Elevator very small; waiting time for the elevator are wrong.

The aqua park team was excellent. The staff there were friendly, helpful, and clearly made an effort to ensure guests were enjoying themselves. The aqua park itself was well managed and a highlight of the stay.

Unfortunately, the experience with most of the other staff was disappointing. Many staff members seemed unwelcoming and gave what felt like forced or “yellow” smiles, especially the bar staff at the main pool, who appeared unwilling rather than helpful.Additionally, the room next to mine was used as a workshop to repair chairs and sofas, with constant hammering noises, which was very disturbing and unacceptable for a hotel environment.I also lost an Apple Watch during my stay. I reported it and followed up multiple times, but I never received a call back or any meaningful follow-up. It felt like no one truly cared. In many other hotels where I’ve lost items, staff either reported findings or at least showed concern and followed up — which sadly was not the case here.

It was really an excellent experience. staff is amazing, smiley and so helpful. staff is doing his best for gusts to be happy and comfort. Facilities are very good, there is a heated Indoor pool, Gym and SPA, Aqua Park and kids club with coloring activities, my daughter enjoyed having her face painted :). Also there is a games room. overall excellent experience that certainly i will repeat it.

I had a great stay at Coral Sea Hotel.Special thanks to Mr. Shawkat and Ms. Ghayda at the reception for their warm and friendly attitude, and to Mr Mohamed, who works at the restaurant and is from Menya El Qamh, for his kindness and excellent service.The whole staff were welcoming and very friendly, and the food was good.Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely visit again.

Everything was so amazing starting with the stuff they are so so amazing with us , anything I needed they did right away. The place also amazing and have every thing games room has many games to play, kids room for leaving your kids if you want to take a quality time to yourself, also an indoor pool which was so so nice especially in the cold weather beside the many many out door pools and aqua park . I was surprised also with the food especially in the dinner for me the taste of the food was so delicious and have high taste which I did love it so much .

I didn’t like that they didn’t have coffee machine in the breakfast section which is so important.But instead you can take in the outdoor bar with extra fees, also they didn’t have lunch buffet only breakfast and dinner which were so amazing.

The Coral Sea Sokhna Hotel offers stunning sea views, spacious and clean rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are attentive and friendly, the food is varied and delicious, and the facilities from the pool to the beach are well maintained. And they have life guards on all sides.

The place was very clean, comfortable & cozy,The staff were always polite, professional and helpful especially Zidane, Esraa & Mahmoud,, and honestly all the staff attidude was outstandingI have stayed at many big and famous hotels before, but this one left a stronger impact on me because of the outstanding and personalized experience we had.
