Regina Resort El Sokhna

The location is excellent, staff are very friendly especially Mr. Mostafa, the receptionist who took care of everything from the moment of checking in to checking out. The food of the breakfast and dinner was good and delicious. The chief and staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We were offered an upgrade to a capacious suite instead of two rooms without extra charges. Rooms were clean and house keeping service was good. Beachfront is very nice.

The facility and service at the beach can be improved as they have a very beautiful beachfront.

The property has a view of the pool. The room felt more like a chalet than a typical hotel room. The food was good, and the pool was clean. The sea was a bit rocky near the shore, but the sand starts just a little further out, making it nice for swimming.

the cleaning service needs extra attention — I had to call the housekeeper twice before they finally came at night and apologized. The furniture was a bit old but still in good condition. The only downside was that day-use visitors crowded the pool, which made hotel guests feel a bit uncomfortable. The sea, on the other hand, was nice — the weather in October is amazing

Worst hotel experience ever! Facilities were very old - people in the swimming pool with regular clothes not swim wear.The paths and routes inside the resort are very dusty with pebbles and broken pieces from the pavement. The toilet in the room was unclean.The bed sheets and pillow cases were very dirty and it's clear that they have not been changed before we enter.The food is horrible - a very limited variety and in broad day light with flies all over the place... We only spent 1 night and we left to another hotel the following morning.

The village has an excellent location, the beach is wonderful, but children are advised to wear beach shoes to avoid injury due to the small stones. The swimming pool is good and suitable for all ages. The room is very good and clean. The accommodation in general of the provided services& quality of the food is acceptable comparing with the price. Thanks to all the staff for good reception and hospitality.

I recently stayed at Regina Resort Hotel, and unfortunately, the experience fell significantly below even the most basic expectations for hospitality.To begin with, the property lacks the fundamental infrastructure of a proper hotel. There is no actual reception area—only a small information desk situated far from the rooms. Upon arrival, there was no Pullman service or staff assistance to help with luggage. We were left to navigate the large, unfamiliar property on foot in extremely hot weather, hauling our luggage ourselves. It was only by chance that a staff member passed by and directed us to our room.The room itself was extremely disappointing. It appeared to have been neglected for years, with no evidence of maintenance or updates. The furniture and overall setup seemed like a mismatched collection of old, discarded items—far from the standards of even a budget hotel. Frankly, the condition of the room made it feel more like a rundown storage space than a place intended for guests.The dining experience was equally underwhelming. The so-called "buffet" offered an extremely limited selection, with no variety whatsoever. Strangely, the buffet is not located within the restaurant itself; instead, guests are expected to pick their food in one area and physically carry multiple plates to a separate dining section nearby. This is not only inconvenient but completely unacceptable for any hotel, even one rated at just two stars.Based on everything I experienced, it seems clear that this establishment was never originally intended to function as a hotel. It feels more like a residential compound that was retrofitted with minimal adjustments to appear as a hotel—yet fails completely in delivering a guest-friendly experience.In summary, Regina Resort Hotel is misleadingly rated and misrepresented. I would not recommend it under any circumstances.

I didn’t go because i kept trying to call this place and each time someone reply and say yes ok then i called again and they said to our requests it is not possible this is the worst horrible place you can ever contact or go i am ao disappointed and really they refused to answrr any calls and they refused to call back
