The property was not a new as expectedThe hot water was not applied in all bathrooms

Cleanliness , food was very tasty , all staff was nice and helpful, lots of fun & activities offered

Adults pool wasn’t heated and the beach was not smooth

Staff are very friendly from the reception to room service to restaurant staff They are very cooperative and helpful

Not something major

The food was delicious, the pools were very clean—including one heated pool—and the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is perfect for families.

The beach is a bit rocky, yet if you have your own beach shoes you will enjoy it

I really enjoyed the location. It wasn’t crowded at all, and the beach was clean and cozy.

I don’t have anything negative to mention, except maybe that the suite I reserved had a small balcony.The balcony was visible to neighbors, which slightly affects privacy.

Staff were very helpful. Facilities were good. Rooms need extra sound proofing.

Food needs significant improvement. This includes variety, quality and presentation. At its best, the food was passable.

Animation needs to be announced loudly enough. I didn't know they had events going on except after it had ended!

The exaggerated price The big fuss that happened last night by some guests till 12am, we were unable to sleep and I had an old guest with me

Cancun resort is a lovely place for families , it's a great destination for anyone who is looking for some peace of mind . Housekeeping was exceptional , great thanks to Ahmed Hamdy and his great team ! The food was so delicious , Animation team was keeping the kids happy and active . All in all , it was a great stay !

There is no ATM in the resort , so bring your own cash if you are not coming with your own car . Visa is accepted in the resort but you will need cash in the supermarket ,...etc.

Cancun truly stands out compared to other resorts. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely welcoming—you can feel that they really want to serve you from the heart. The food is also delicious, with great variety and quality. It’s a perfect family-friendly place where you can fully relax and enjoy your stay.

The facilities are exceptional. Sea, pool, cleanliness, staff.. all was perfect.

The food (buffet) was much better in my previous stay in Cancun. I would rate it in this stay 8/10, while my previous stay it was 10/10.

The water in the bathroom smells bad. But I don't remember having the same issue last year and I asked them about it and they said they are working on it with the city.

I recently stayed at Cancun Villa Resort in Ain Sokhna, and it was truly an outstanding and unforgettable experience from start to finish.I would like to extend my deepest thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ramadan, the housekeeping manager, for his exceptional dedication and care. He and his team — Mr. Hamada and Mr. Mohammed — went above and beyond to ensure that our villa was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly prepared for a wonderful stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail genuinely made a difference.I also want to thank Mr. Mahmoud at the reception for his warm welcome and excellent support throughout our visit. His friendliness and efficiency made the check-in and overall experience smooth and pleasant.The entire staff contributed to making our stay perfect, and I highly recommend Cancun Villa Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and exceptional getaway in Ain Sokhna. We will definitely be coming back!
