Very well located hotel in the centre o Portalegre. Nice breakfast offering traditional and local products.

Small room and not so comfortable chair / desk, therefore not so suitable if you need to work remotely. All parking places around are paid and don’t accept anything else but coins… if you park long you need a wide supply of them!

Bathroom toilet did not flush, sockets did not work.Parking was quite a walk uphill. Hotel parking was always full.

The breakfast was quite good with a lot of variety. There was even granola, which most hotels do not offer. My wife did mention that whole-wheat bread for toast would have been nice.

The hotel and room were very clean. Nothing was broken. The staff was helpful and nice and the breakfast was top notch.

No internet on the 2nd floor and up. This hotel is not adequate for remote workers without fully working internet.I know for a fact it was not my hardware as I work in IT. It was frustrating to not have internet when this is such an important feature nowadays.

Comfortable hotel in the center of Portalegre. Very warm and hospitable staff. They really make you feel at home, and go the extra mile to cater for all your needs! We got a big and cozy room, and really enjoyed the small balcony. Breakfast is good, with a nice selection of local pastries.

The bed had a plastic sheet under the main sheet. It is too thick and noisy when you move. Not necessary to be so thick

There was no parking at the hotel, although lots nearby but I had to get up early to put a new ticket on the car

The hotel is very well located, right at the city center. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and kind. The twin bedroom was large, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was great as well. I didn't eat much at breakfast but there was a large selection of hot & cold, savory & sweet foods and drinks.

Honestly, I have no complaints!

This hotel is located in the centre of Portoalegre, it is modern and finished/decorated to a high standard.The rooms are comfortable and quiet with good blackout curtains.Breakfast was varied and generous.

Situated right in the city center, this hotel offers a very good price-quality relation. Rooms are nicely decorated, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good... where else do you need?

Nothing remakable, but just to mention that parking is payed all around from Mom-Sat from 9am until 6pm.

Location and friendlyness, helpfull staff, parking they have area to park in front of hotel you just need to get a sign from the reception to put on the dashboard of your car. would recomend this hotel.

the bed is very hard, i paid extra for a over matress and the over matress was so thing that it did not make any diference. fortunatly our stay was only one night otherwise we would not be able to spend another night of disconfort.

The room was incredible. The choice of pillows allowed me to find "just right". Location close to bus station and near tourist sites.
