Food Quality and Breakfast was poor in taste

Breakfast was good, catering to Indian and Continental tastes. Oriental restaurant (The Emperor) was excellent.The Room was comfortable (Suite). The Gym was fantastic!All hotel staff were very helpful.

The Gym and the choice of equipment for all types of needs was excellent, but The music system in the gym could be improved (too much base causing distortion).Would like a more reasonable room rate :)

Front Desk was not co-operating. Some stupid policy of Payment Hotel stay charges Upfront. Plus Security Deposits, although they did not operate Casino. Rooms situated Noisy area due to some event. They shifted to some other rooms in which intercoms were not working. For any request, hotel management had standard excuse of Hotel being fully booked. Got the impression that this facility not suitable for individual travelers, only suitable for events. Very disappointed.

Very nice ambience

Food counter are placed irregularly, if you are vegetarian or Jain then it's difficult for you to go near roti and naan counter because it is between non veg counter, it can be shifted.

It’s huge property with big rooms and at accessible location

Not value for money rooms Lenin were not so clean and lid of hot water kettle were broken, water taps were coming out food was included in package but it took lot of time and had limited choice. Property needs through maintenance for some reason room floors and mirrors were wet when we entered. Don’t know why it is still a five star rated hotel.

Property is good & Enivroment is also good .

Please check the room facility . Specially Bathtub are not working because of this we cannot go anywhere at the whole day .

Room

Too strict about check-in. Even at 3 PM, we were told the room may not be ready. Then, after a bit of argument, provided the room at 3:20 PM. This was after we had done all check-in formalities at around 12 PM itself. In fact, we received a call at about 2:30 - 2:45 PM asking us if we are going to check in.Pool water was dirty. The pool floor was slippery, indicating that the water hadn't been cleaned for quite some time.Room service personnel were not very courteous or happy serving customers.

Ambiance and overall stay was good.Room with pool view cheers up your stay.Hospitality of staff was the best.Food was also great.Pool, game zone for kids as well, activities were good.

AC couldn’t be turned off or changing the temperature won’t work that made us very uncomfortable. Hair dryer and bathrobe was not available.Since buffet was not there for dinner we had to order à la carte.

The property & the facilities.

There were 2 weddings & the while hotel was haphazordously managed. The room alloted 2081 had no AC working. They changed our rooms & forgot to update the system. Somebody entered our room with the key in the middle of the night.

The property in itself is good and well maintained. My Room was good as well. Overall location is okayish, not great, not bad.

Check In, Check Out process is slow. Slowest I have come across all my trips.Food spread was limited. I have been to a lot of good hotels and this one seriously lacks in their food spread. I had dinner and a breakfast buffet. Also, although I did not order anything in the room, I saw through their in room menu and it was really overpriced. Especially considering the taste of food in their buffet.Hotel did not have any events planned (it was a day before Christmas). Normally all the good hotels I have visited have something or the other to keep the guests engaged.I feel I could have gotten a similar experience at a lower priced hotel, nothing really stood out. Honestly had better experience at a few three star hotels.

I have visited the property like 3-4 times & i have never been introduced to any deltin membership or offers as a frequent customers. They should be guiding and offering these details to customers.

We had a delightful one-night stay at the hotel with my family. The exceptional quality of food and the wide variety available during both meals and breakfast left us thoroughly satisfied. The staff's exceptional service added to the positive experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The Deltin to others.

Due to the humidity, the room's floor felt damp. The hotel staff advised us to keep the AC running consistently, so there wasn't much to complain about.
