Ambience, food served all good, live music

Only 1 swimming pool functional. We didnot use as too many crowd inside. Other than this everything else was fantastic

1. Not as per standard with compare to what the costing was.2. Even there was no bodywash available, failed to understand what do they check before handing over the room at chekin time.3. In billing also other rooms bills were included in our room. While asking they have checked and later corrected.

Service staff was very good.

Room needed pest control as small cockroaches were moving around kettle tray.There was drainage stink in bathroom.There was no choice in beer selection and was very expensive compared to Maharashtra.

Rooms are basic , no amenities like spa or gym.

The location which is very near to the Devka beach, the staff is polite and ready to help. However the facilities especially for sports or gym are very dearly missing!

The music during dinner was extremely loud. We couldn't have a simple conversation during dinner with music in the background. When we informed the staff, they didn't do anything about it either.

Hotel female receptionist was rude. Change your receptionist. She looks like Dian..

Location is just near from Devka beach.Hospitality is very good. Cooperative staff. Night vibes are so pleasant..Large variety of breakfast..Vits is awesome ?

I'd recommend getting a cottage room if you stay here. New pool area was nice and kids enjoyed it

locations and cottages are very nice /food is also affordable /nice place to stay with family and friends /only issue was bathrooms are small as per cottages sizes .otherwise staff are good .thank you

only bathroom size are not comfortable as per cottages size / otherwise all are comfortable there to stay

Hotel is nice and ambience is cool Food is good.

Duplex room is no use, it seems 10 years old rooms. Cottage rooms are good but costly. Bed is very small size, not suitable for family or having kid.

There cottage room were good and other rooms were just ok and Ruben dabha seating was good

Decent rooms and good staff

Aweful charges of beverages, which was 3 times more that MRP. No Heiniken beer at all. At booking.com, the rate of booking was Rs.10200, but while checking in, front desk took, Rs.11200, under the premise of service tax.

Rooms in the main building are pathetic it's a lodge.needs overall full renovation.The cabins are beautiful but unavailable.
