The location

The location is on point. The staff was pretty friendly , They gave us a super deluxe room even we booked a deluxe room,The room was clean,spacious and well maintained.

The breakfast buffet could have been better,No actual fruit juice,The options were very limited,Nothing in dessert to start ur morning other than that everything was cool.

On a main road and not in any interior.

Unhygienic and staff members are not trained. Room is dirty. Breakfast unhygienic.

Property location and its swimming pool

Worst service I have ever experienced during a hotel stay. Property is good, but its maintenance and hotel service are pathetic. Staff doesn't listen to you and doesn't give a damn about you, but everyone of them would ask for a tip from you!! No service, no maintenance of hotel and low quality food also. Thumbs down ??

Near the Nani Daman market, and the staff is very friendly....

Not a properly maintained hotel... location is very good..But there is dirt lying outside the room..

There was no any facility for Driver.they apply charges for that.huge diffrance with Booking photo and actuality.Bad experience.

Hotel is too old and stinking furniture is in it's worst condition, bedsheets was not ironed. They uploaded hotels new pictures but now this is not the condition

Staff very cooperative, especially the restaurant staff

Room sizes are small, inspite of pre-booking 3 rooms, the reception staff first allotted only 2 rooms, had to ask for the 3rd room

Dirty, uncomfortable, rooms are stinky, electrical issues, cockroaches near food display. Staff is rude

behaviour of staff is really disappointed, they were rude , they didnt treated us as their customers, It felt like we have booked an average guest house not a hotel . Their reception staff needs to learn manner .

Only food and service while dining..

The room was not clean, mirror was not available, even there were multiple issues in the rooms.Also, swimming pool was not clean.

Worse hotel I stayed in They cancelled my original booking & afterwards they charged me extra money Hotel was dirty & Television & Fridge didn’t work

Nothing really. Below average hotel and services

Bedding, towels, linens needs upgrade. No hot water on washroom tap. Requested another mug 3 times but didn't come.

The property is in Nahi Daman and closer to all the attractions

It was a comfortable stay; except they should make prior arrangements of soaps and towels which we had to ask
