Spacious surroundings with nice swimming pool

Room size was too small and not properly equipped

We Had Check In On time The Good Party Was They Have Upgraded the Room From Semi Delux to Delux Room. But in the Name Of Facility It was Bad Experience. We Did Not Get Hot Water for 3 days. No proper room Service. Every 15 Min we have to Keep aremind themThey have Another abrance Hotel Gold Resort They Wer Helps me Alot To Solve the Issue.

This is not worth the money at best this hotel worth 2 to 3k per day

Location is useless . The rooms are small. The villa does not have any amenities it does not worth staying here uncomfortable and worthless hotel

Good location, staff eager to help. 2nd night had upgrade of room, which was super good. Jay the day manager was very helpful

I was not aware that they have two resorts with same name, Gold Beach Resort and Gold Beach Villa, I was booking Gold Beach Resort and while booking you guys redirected me to gold beach villa. This is scam, I'm never going use Booking.com again for any my future booking.Resort also confirmed me that they redirect the bookings to villa in case of resort is full. Ideally in that case you need to inform me the charges, which you guys have not done.

Rooms were small even there is no fan in the room. they provide normal water not filtered water. Room service is not good AC not working properly. Drainage problem in bathroom. Even indoor games are not in the resort if you want to play indoor games then u have to go for their another resort.

Property was well located clean, had good toiletries and even a hair dryer

The room location or view is okayish but not bad

the pool and the restaurant were good, food was average and the service was extremely slow

the rooms had no natural light and were too small, would not recommend
