Need more restaurants in the area

Location only.

Kids train was not working and looks like is damaged for awhile. Also the Golf cars were not available!!! As they were booked. Also there was no many options in food.Early morning time around 6:30 am, the was a smoke outside and all around the hotel and marina, looks like was to protect from mosquito.

Room, Staff, Beach, Dinner is amazing in Al Sabla.

Very kind personnel. Large room for the price. More quiet than other places. Sea/Marina view.

You have to drive / get shuttled to the (very nice) beach at the beach club Dunes. Lack of information about the club and the surrounding. Also "Happy Hour" in the bar was very complicated to understand.However these are small issues.

Amazing location, very calming! Great place for relax and reconnecting with nature.

Gym was not well equipped, it’s mixed facility for male and female. Also, proper wellness and spa would add a lot of value!

The pool was closed due a third party event without telling us before booking. The third party organizers kept on annoying us even though we were sitting on our balcony and they even told us to stay in our room only !!

The room space was large and clean. There was a delay in check-in for some time but it was due to earlier arrival. The food is nice.

Not sure what we were expecting, but the hotel feels like a poor cousin to an otherwise planned community around a very average recreational boating area. It required driving about 10 min away in order to enjoy the beach.

I thought the 3 bedroom apartment is in the the same building, but I been told it’s on the opposite side which is approximately 7 to 10 mins walk. So literally you are not staying in the hotel. Walking to the swimming pool area and back as well if you need something from room then you will have to walk back all the way.. we called for hair dryer 3 times and every time been told it’s on the way and of course we checked out without getting it. The staff at the pool area and the pool bar should be taught how to approach the customers they are not friendly at all.. the staff are not welcoming except the reception staff are great.

Better food options should be there and the staff should be trained how to smile.

Distance from Muscat was a bit far -45 min to an hour drive. Bed was just a little firm and the room was just starting to show signs of wear

I do like the location of the hotel and view is very nice .prefer hotel 3 stories feel better stay in such lovely place in oman

The problem is faced is booking 2 separate bed . I was selected one king bed takes time to chnage the room . They upgrade my room to suits ?

The only thing we didn't like is the bright green buttons on the AC which lit up the room at night. I have two children who like to sleep in a dark room, so this disturbed their sleep a little. However, this is a very minor complaint, especially as everything else was great.

We only stayed one evening at Sifawy. The staff were polite and friendly and the breakfast was delicious

The staff were very accommodating and friendly! Would definitely visit again. The rooms are well equipped with a lovely shower. The view is great and of course the overall experience is a value for money.

Despite being a very busy period - Eid - the reception and kitchen staff were very helpful and attended to our requests promptly.

The view, the staff, the apartment, the breakfast was amazing ? thanks to the team ?

The evening dinner was good but the choice was a bit limited... thanks again to the staff, very good and kind
