Worst hotel experience!From the moment we arrived, there was chaos and fighting at the reception because of the staff. The reception team is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has zero manners — especially the guy with curly hair and glasses. Honestly, all the reception staff were disrespectful and not fit to work in hospitality, especially for such an overpriced hotel.The reception area is filthy and disgusting.They advertise the hotel as ski-in/ski-out, but this is a lie. Bakuriani has multiple ski areas, and this hotel gives you NO real ski access. Their ski facilities are insanely overpriced and a complete scam.I don’t know who is giving this hotel good reviews — this is one of the few honest ones.Dirty rooms, horrible bathroom smell. A $10 hotel would offer the same or better experience.The only acceptable thing was the breakfast.Do yourself a favor: stay near Kokhta or Ski Park — better hotels, cheaper prices, and no scams.

Perfect location

The receptionist and the other staff they are not welcoming and bit slow specially in checking out

-staff are nice but clearly they are overworked.-the crystal lounge food was so good.

-zero sound proofing.-leaking washing hose-shower head need changing-practically you have to beg to get some drinking water-balcony door was broken and not closing causing cold air leak to the room which is a big problem when the temperature outside is -12C.-furniture is completely worn-out.-the breakfast is only from 9am-10:30am and does not have many options.-only 2 elevators in the building and one of them is serving elevator.

The hotel has an excellent location near the ski area, with a beautiful outdoor view. It is very warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

The room itself had several maintenance issues. There was no telephone in the room, so whenever we needed anything, we had to go downstairs to the reception to ask. The safety box was not working, and the bathroom door locks were broken as well.The staff were generally acceptable, but there was one staff member who was not friendly at all. This made us uncomfortable and hesitant to ask questions or request assistance.

Minor things, like hair dryer not working, despite the staff did their best.

The room is clean and cozy. I asked for a King bed and got a KING bed; not two single beds pushed together. The bathroom is really nice, functioning and clean. When I decided to have the room "cleaned", I returend to a CLEAN room. They also gave me an extra room key - one for the room electricity and another extra room key.

The SPA charged me about 140 lari for foot paraffin and pedicure. Honestly, the entire service did not warrant 140 lari. I had a bucket with a plastic cover for my foot. It just had hot water for me feet. I expected salt bath for my foot, a foot massage, oil wrap, or something. As for the paraffin, I really didn't have any expectation. But I think they used the same wax for waxing hair out but they used it on my feet then wrapped in plastic. My local salon did my pedicure that was a truly a "SPA" pedicure for over 60% cheaper.

We had the best time and the best costumer service ala great recommendation from the front desk to explor many things also the cleanliness was amazing. I never felt so clean and organized in this hotel. Thank you so much for this amazing hospitality. And this amazing team

Hotel is located right at base of the cable car, not in city centre but if you want to reach the mountain top - it's as close as it gets. Very nice facilities, and the staff was very lovely. rooms are spacious.

The rooms are showing some age. Breakfast was OK nothing more, it is a good location for ski, but far from city centre. so make your choice wisely in regards of your expectations.

Stuff are very friendly and professional.Room is clean and locations is great.Food is excellent.

Everything, we are planning to visit hotel again in winter and next summer as well ❤️ and to advice to all my friends that it’s great hotel.

-checking rooms before leaving, I visited 25 countries and stayed in many hotels and no one do that at all-when we buy tickets for crystal toboggan we tried to ask some questions but her way of treating us was not good at all even she was nervous with us We are hotel guest & we are buying tickets with money and it supposed to teached how to treat guest

The cultural experience at Crystal hotel and spaleft us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.

No AC, Internet service very bad, slipper very bad, some of reception team wasn’t not helpful and didn’t introduce any help
