- They don't have control over their guests' kids they are running and playing football inside the lobby and in front of rooms..- dogs are allowed, so you can hear them barking.

Hotel should include gowns, it is very important I think. Also, one small elevator is not enough for a number of guests received by the hotel, always busy :((

It is a really comfortable place and the location is near the skiing. The utensils are clean and new. Receptionists are kind and polite.

I think our room with the kitchen should have the second trash bin and may be dish sponge with the dish soap because there are so much crockery.

reception was not very welcoming. bathroom had no space to put toiletries.breakfast was only from 10am, and no opportunity to even get a coffee in the morning until then.

The restaurant provided high-quality food, delivered straight to our room, and took credit cards - very impressive!

Almost zero COVID masking. Also: the units seem to be individually-owned, which means that the specific conditions for each rental through booking.com are different. For example, despite all of them being in "CRYSTAL RESIDENCE," some might not have linens while others do, etc..

We are usually ver happy go lucky people but must admit that we feel rather dissappointed for a number of reasons. 1. We were initially placed in the wrong room. Then moved to another room. 2. When we wanted to relax and take the kids for a swim we were charged 40lari to use the pool and decided against it- only uppon enquiry at reception was this rectified- as our room number wasnt listed at the pool centre.3. We have a small son who will sleep on the sofa bed. There was no linen (pillow,blankets,sheets) for his bed. Upon request the very rude manager informed we didnt book a 3rd person, which we did. After 2days we received linen and no appology.4. We also have a baby for whom we requested a cot. We did receive it- thanks for the effort its great.5. The kitchen has a stove- therefore one would assume that you can use it to cook food. We have bought lots of fresh food to cook our own dinner and lunch on the stove - but later found that there was no pots or pans or cooking utencils? We were informed to use the restaurant.6. There is no trash can in the kitchen , no broom, cloths ,sponges. On request informed to go buy at the store. In our 3 days housekeeping never came.7. Wifi never worked even after the technician was there.The space is tidy and neat-thanks for that. But the items listed above has resulted in a much more stressful event than would be expected- especially as we are travelling with two little ones. The rude, eye rolling attitude of the manager in charge was the cherry on top!

Very good location next to skiing, warm and clean swimming pool, sauna, grocery store inside the building, bar and restaurant with European food and friendly service. Everything is very clean, good heating, it gets even a bit too hot in the rooms and around the swimming pool. It is nice to have a small kitchen in the room, it has pots and pans and a small fridge.

A bit noisy, not much sound proofing. Electric kettle in the kitchen had bare cables so we didn't take a risk to use it. Not a big deal, there was a pot to boil the water on the stove top.
