Large rooms, Quite property, good staff, good breakfast

A bit isolated, need a car else getting in and out of the property is a hassle. Heaters need to be a bit stronger.

We liked the peaceful location and the calm atmosphere of the resort. The rooms were clean, warm, and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The overall design and environment of the hotel are pleasant, and the staff were polite and helpful. It’s a nice place to relax and unwind in Bakuriani.

One area that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was acceptable, the variety and quality could be better compared to the overall standard of the hotel.Additionally, the bed comfort could be improved. We booked a queen-size bed, but it consisted of two separate mattresses placed side by side, which was not very comfortable during sleep.

The shower temperature is more than enough and I am very satisfied. The cleanliness is also impeccable.

The location is quiet, but probably due to the building structure, you can hear a lot of noise from the next room and the corridor.

Facilities, excellent service and amenities. Really quiet and peaceful place, the food was really good

During winter the access to the hotel can be difficult

Breakfast was very bad.Hotels very far away from ski resort.All Restorant far away from hotelRoom wasn’t comfortable Disney have a enough tea set in room which I paid for 5 days 1400 euro

4 star hotel, with ski rental, restaurant, good family rooms, very close to Kokhta lift 2 min drive or walking up the hill.

No kids room as advertised, no ski-in, ski-out as advertised, breakfast average, food in the restaurant - OK, very bad soundproofing, you can hear neighbors in the evening. We booked 2 rooms as a family and they put us in 2 opposite wings of the hotel, we had to walk long way daily. I chose the hotel only because of kids club and it was not there. There is an excellent 5star hotel next to Kokhta lift. Perhaps, a better option for people who just need a place to sleep and to save a bit.

Food is amazing in the restaurant, but the breakfast is too poor. When you stay 7 days there, everyday the same poor meal is realy annoying.

limited types of food on breakfast, sometimes rooms after cleaning were smelling terribly. Amenities of the room were not always provided on time.

Amazing location during winter this hotel will definitely shine because it has balcony viewing the mountains very beautiful I love it

I hated internet, despite the fact everything elsecwas great I will not come because of the internet and also u need to have a car with chains because the road is slippery

It wasn’t clean enough, less staff for huge place and crowded season so they won’t able to help all on time.

The staff was friendly. The hotel and rooms were neat and clean. The hotel design is modern.

Stray dogs can sometimes come into the hotel yard (don't leave children alone). The food served in the hotel's own restaurant was not that tasty. When booking, be sure to ask for a room away from the elevator.

The staff was rude. Especially at restaurant. Additionally, we couldn’t sleep normally because of the noise. We complained about it, but staff said we cannot guarantee it. There are a lot of guests. If no one can guatantee and care about their guests i dont know what to say.

The location is very bad, the road to the hotel is bad, there were no disposable hygiene items in the room, not even a cup for coffee, the water in the bathroom sink did not flow, and the price of 500 GEL per night is very inappropriate. I do not recommend it.
