Nothing, everything was perfect

Unfortunately, the hotel lacks general cleanliness. The hotel is old and dilapidated. The rooms are very old. The bathrooms are dilapidated. The towels used are intermittent and very worn. The breakfast is very modest and does not have many options. I am sorry to see this, but I hope to visit the hotel in the coming years when it is in a better condition than this.

There is no lifeguard in the hotel's swimming pool or private beach. There is a lifeguard platform, but we didn't see one during our two-day stay at the hotel. This is really unfortunate. The staff are very cooperative and their manner is nice, but the hotel is dilapidated and needs a general review in all details.

Poor breakfast, bad WiFi

We had a great stay at Ramada Unye. The service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Beautiful views of the Black Sea. The staff were also very helpful with arranging airport shuttles, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

excellent hotel for a quick stop on the way to Trabzon. we were met by Mine at reception who was very hospitable and organised a packed breakfast for us for our early departure. the restaurant was good as well

I booked two king suites both of the the A/C was not working and the staff are coming and not helping it’s was the worst 1 night in Turkey i stayed in Turkey 1 month in 9 hotels even 2 star hotels are good this 5 star hotel is a disastrous I don’t recommend to anyone

The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful, the room is wonderful, and the view is very beautiful on the sea. Also, the reception staff, especially the two employees, Brother Muhammad and Brother Furqan, were very polite and very cooperative with me. Thank you for their attention. I will not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

The location is perfect, have nice and spacious Balcony that faces the sea. The Roams were clean and to high standard. The breakfast was also amazing, very cheap breakfast.

They are somehow stubborn for foreigners?.

Gym is destroyed unfortunately.SPA is closed.The seafood ? in restaurant menu not available.Window is not soundproof, you wake up by car sounds in the morning.

Got upgraded to the junior suite which was spectacular. Big shout out to both Furkan and Mine who both went out of their way to make my stay a pleasure.

Room requires some maintenance

Nice location on the beach. Good price quality ratio. Staff very friendly. Big choice for breakfast.

I hardly ever stay at hotels, as I prefer apartments, but this Ramada Inn was in the right place, and I was heading back to Armenia from Europe, so I wasn't going to be cooking for myself. The check-in was very nice and easy, and the front desk folks were very friendly and one spoke really good English.I had dinner the one night I was there, in the large dining room, and I was almost the only diner, as it was winter and not many tourists were in Unye. The dinner was fantastic! And very affordable.The next morning, I went down for breakfast, and when I walked into the breakfast dining room, I was blown away! Unbelievable! I could have stayed for hours! It was beautiful and delicious! One of the very best breakfasts I have ever had.

Connecting to the internet was a bit cumbersome, but that is teh way it is almost everywhere in Turkey. The front desk helped me, and all was well.

The breakfast was not with many choices for example they are not offering orange juice or any kind of juice , thats not good

Super comfortable and big bed, we slept like babiesBig room with a super nice view and balconyWe arrived at 4am due to a very late flight and although it was outside their check in time, someone still checked us in without any problem. Employees spoke enough English to get around.

The room wasn't super clean and the door frame was broken. We think the night portier might have given us a room that wasn't completely made up yet.
