It a very nice hotel, clean and looks well maintained.

Breakfast was of poor selection, not of great quality to be honest.

The rooms were big enough, comfortable and very clean. All the staff, were very gentle. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever eaten in a hotel. There was free car parking in front of the hotel. Location is not in the center of the city, you need car.

Spa facility is very good. The restaurant also has wide variety of options for dinner. Open buffet breakfast deserves compliment.

Sound isolation is not good enough between rooms.

The staff is very welcoming and kind. The location of the hotel is very convenient for travellers. It takes 10-15 mins to the city centre by car. The rooms are very comfortable. For our short stay, it was a very good deal overall.

Unfortunately, the only negative observation we had was in the Hammam of the spa area. We booked hammam+massage packages for ourselves. We started with the hammam part. After a relaxing scrub in the middle, the staff asked us to sit next to the sink for a final rinse. Only then we saw that the hot water was very blurred and yellowish. It was a complete unpleasant thing to see. The staff did not show or tell this to us before they started the treatment. When I asked why the water looks like this, they said that it happens sometimes after the hammam is not used for couple of days (in our case, it was not used for 3 days before we came). They said the water is anyway clean. However, it was a big disappointment to see that. I shared this feedback also during the check-out with the reception. They kindly accepted our feedback. I recommend checking the sinks and the hot water before lying in the middle of the hammam before your treatment.

The hotel is excellent.

There are only 2 problems.The first one is that it is situated near the road and it can get pretty noisy at night time. The second problem, and maybe it’s a problem only for me, is the restaurant. Very expensive with few options for food.

The biggest disappointment was related to the smell of the pillows. You cannot ignore the cigarettes smell when you put your head down on any of the room pillows. 2nd disappointment was related to the cleanliness, of the bathroom especially. If you walk in bare feet you risk to remain stuck to the bathroom floor.Another thing that was bellow expectation was the breakfast. It was ok, but not as good as I expected from a 4 star hotel. The biggest minus is for the coffee. If you want an espresso at breakfast you pay extra (no real problem with that), but the espresso was not good at all.

That they didn't have an Iron and when asked they had no clue and asked that we wait for housekeeping to get in, in the morning.

We only stayed for one night on our way to Bozcaada, easy to find, the room was great, spacious, the shower had strong water pressure, the breakfast was very diverse, mixed of hot and cold food, savoury and sweet.

Great hotel to explore the surroundings, easy access from the main road, rooms just right, wonderful olive trees around, breakfast for kings. The restaurant is top.To me, this place ticks all the boxes.

Great hotel, really enjoyed the stay, very friendly staff, very helpful, rooms were really nice, very spacious. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit, would love to have tried more. Food and service is 5 star.Breakfast is a really interesting experience, a Turkish breakfast, very tasty, very fresh, I was amused that cappuccino was an extra but it was a very cheap addition.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, modern and clean. The wifi and AC worked well. Although situated on the main road it was very quiet in the hotel. Lots of parking available. There is a restaurant on site although quite expensive, we didn’t eat there. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet but there were lots of options including hot food options. Would recommend.

Nice hotel, located on a main road which makes it easy to access. The city centre can easily be reached by taxi or car. Good breakfast, and excellent dinner.

One morning coffee was not included in the price of breakfast (tea is), the next morning it was included. Make sure you ask.

It's located outside of Çanakkale which is very convenient if you only need one night to sleep on your way to the resorts in Turkey. The car park is big enough and easy to use. The staff was very professional. The room was clean and had everything we need it.

You can't choose what you want to eat for breakfast. But they gave us a lot of food. It's just not what we normally eat in our country for breakfast.

The place is pristine clean. The staff is super friendly and professional. The breakfast was very rich. I also had the best truffle oil-sauce pasta of my life in the restaurant, great job chef. Perfect price for the service. Everything feels really professional, prim and proper. Good for business travels, couples, as well as families. Definitely recommended.

The location is great for those with a car as you don't have to deal with the traffic inside the city. But I don't have a car so I had to use a taxi to commute to the city center. Taxi cost is around $6-7 usd per one way trip.One thing that made me upset is how the rooms can get all the noise from the corridors. Especially if you are staying close to the elevators. The doors are being shut too loud (due to the spring mechanism) and people start making noise from 8 am. Definitely killed my sleep, but I requested 1-2 hours late check-out as a compensation and was able to sleep more.And lastly, spa was fully reserved when I arrived so I could use it during my one night stay. I could have been sad if I were hyped about it but it was not so important for me.
