The lady at check in was adamant that there was no smoking allowed in the room, so it seems like they have struggled with guests doing this, but it's still unfortunate to deal with as a guest who does not smoke.Also there was no air conditioning unit in our room, it seemed to have been taken out so it was warmer than I would have liked, but I still slept fine.

This is a really nice hotel. Right on the Bosphorus. There are cafe/bars nearby and plenty of places to eat and drink. Lots of excursions on offer too. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast plentiful and so much choice.

Beautiful, central location with a beautiful view, perfect for a night stay passing through the area. Rooms are clean and sufficiently appointed for its star rating, friendly and efficient staff. Starbucks at the entrance is perfect in the morning and the fish restaurant on top has excellent food even if the service is iffy. All in all, a great choice in Canakkale.
The location is right in the port.The parking (in the back) has security 24/7.The parking has (payed) type 2 charger, 11kw.Very good, diversified breakfast, it.s just that everything tends to be spicy in Turkey.The stuff was 11/10, 7*. Very helpful, very understanding, always with a smile on their face.
The windows tend not to isolate the sounds from the street so well, but I wanted the seaview camera.

The room was old; since we booked online from booking.com they have given us their smallest room with minimum facilities. Hotel is getting old, needs renovation. It would be ok if it was cheaper. We asked for 2 single beds and I even messaged them about this but they did not prepare for that. We said we cannot sleep together and they have given us two separate bed room when we insisted.
Good breakfast options, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Awesome location.
