The breakfast was cold. In the evenings the music from the restaurant located above the room was disturbing.

Breakfast was good and the view was wonderful!

Beds could have been a little more comfortable but overall, it was nice.

Only the location of the property. The service was disappointing. The bathrooms had a sewage smell.

I booked seeview rooms which I was not given when I arrived at the hotel.

Such a convenient location with a wonderful sea view. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Their restaurant overlooking the water is bonus and the food is great.

Could possibly be noisy at night although it did not bother us.

Staff was incredibly helpful. I have forgotten something very valuable inside the room after checking out and they called me to come and get it back. Incredible breakfast with superb view. Large bathroom. Perfect location.

Great, central location right next to the water and great food / bar options withing walking distance. Nice views form balcony. Free parking and valet service which was amazing. Beautiful breakfast views over city.

The hotel permits smoking, thus the lobby and our room reeked of smoke. I complained to reception about being put in an apparent smoking room (nothing about this in booking) and his 'solution' was to send up someone to open our balcony door. (Luckily we have a sense of humor and laughed it off, but in retrospect, not acceptable) We reserved a room with a double bed, but was in a room with two twin beds pushed together.

The beds were very hard with a sheet on the bed the size of a handkerchief. The lift stopped working twice so we had to carry large suitcases 4 flights up and down.

Great location and great restaurant on the top!? I recommend!

The parking is far away from the hotel, but the guy from the staff is very kind!I didn’t like to pay my espresso coffee during the breakfast. It’s not a question of money but a simple hospitality.

Excellent location to wharf (ferry) and restaurants all around you. Great sitting at your balcony (if you have one) to watch the world go by. Great water pressure in shower. Breakfast was traditional Turkish and lovely.

Small blanket for two but I am sure we could have asked for more. Wasn't that cold ?

A great location right out the front of the ferry port with a wide range of restaurants in close proximity. Great service from the staff and management. An excellent breakfast to be had in the rooftop restaurant. I well recommend a sea view suite or corner suite to make the most of the location.

The Valets changing the settings, seating arrangement, dash/ info/ radio settings for the short drive in our hire vehicle was really annoying; Every time we retrieved the car, we had to spend 5 minutes re-adjusting everything back to how it was for our next drive.The noise from the nightclubs next door was a bit annoying, but stopped at midnight both nights we were there. Not the hotels fault, just something to be aware of when staying here.

Hotel is clean and compact. We liked the roof-top terrace for breakfast and the location was central and perfect for exploring around the town.

It was incredibly loud at night and we felt like we were in the middle of party central. We heard music, loud voices and car horns until the early morning hours and this definitely got in the way of sleep.

Large room, cleaned regularly. The hotel is at an excellent location for exploring the city. The breakfast is a traditional Turkish serving, combined with fantastic view over the Dardanelles from the top of the hotel.The valet service is a real value - otherwise it is impossible to find a parking place on your own.

Noise - both from the busy street beneath your windows and from the neighboring bathrooms.

Room size, not so clean. Location is good but area is really loudy, you will hear almost everything inside. Poor breakfast!

The terrace restaurant on top of the hotel was fabulous. View towards port - just amazing. Great for a short stay and city break.

For one night stay I coudn't find any things I didn't like.

Bedding was super thin & cheap. Property is aging. Decent hotel, but nothing spectacular.

BEST location for ferry! Great spot close to ferry, restaurants, shops, waterfront. Staff was very pleasant.

A little in need of an update.

location is good

We lived under the restaurant. it was crazy loud, and the party stopped only after 01:00. We phoned to reception at 00:00 and asked them to stop the party, but they didn’t help. So we didn’t get enough rest after the long road trip. parking is also 10-15 min walk from hotel. Not secure, just on the street.

we change room because of missing terrace and window
