It is clean and the location is good

There is no real parking and it was difficult to find the hotel, but the staff find place for our car

The hotel is very nice and it is located in the center of the city. The rooms are not very big but are ok. The room was clean, but it could be better, the windows and the mosquito net were dirty. The personal was very friendly. Regarding the parking lot, the car was parked by the staff, we could not see the parking place they didn't want to tell us (a bit strange, but in the end it was ok).

The room was spotless and the beds were comfy!The staff was nice and polite, although they couldn't speak English well.We parked the car behind the hotel. The hotel is in a good area and we didn't need the car to explore around.

The breakfast was quite poor. Not many choices. The coffee was awful, for my taste.

Wi fi not great, and you can t sleep with ac on due to the noise…so during the night in the room was extremly hot

2 star hotel

I really liked nothing about the hotel. Where do I begin? The breakfast staff and manager were rude. the food is sub-par. stale, very stale french fries and other fried stuff. very bad breakfastroom? The towel hangar was broken, water was getting stuck. bedsheets had holes in them, the hotel smelled of cheap air freshner.pls pls pls dont stay here.

I have booked a Quadruple Room and requested for 3 single bed. The hotel given me a smaller room instead with 3 single beds instead. I have requested back for my quadruple room but they did not give me a 3rd single bed.The bathroom is small.

Great location - close to ferry and right in town. The room was great, big and clean. There was complimentary water available and the staff were amazing! Super friendly and so helpful with car parking etc.

The room was big enough for two people, big bathroom and very comfortable bed. Hotel is positioned close to the sea and to nice restaurants.

The water at the shower was not warm enough, especially for the month of December.

Staff was very helpful, they upgraded our room with no extra costs. The hotel is located right in the center of Çanakkale, near the harbour. Good value for money.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent. Our room had a view of the street and also the port and the strait! It’s right out in front of the ferry. Breakfast is great.

A little maintenance is needed in the room.

At the heart of Canakkale, a stone throw distance from the ferry, seafront, old town and the Troy statue. A clean affordable stay with parking. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the deluxe room, quite spacious with big balcony.

The air conditioning on the 5th floor is not adequate. The air conditioning worked best past 10 pm at night when the sun had gone down.

Great location, wonderful staff, buffet breakfast, clean rooms.

Towels were clean but VERY old, almost torn. I don’t think it’d be very expensive to replace them.
