Close to the center of town and easy to locate and get to by car. Pleasant staff and one particular who helped park the car in a very tight carpark. Good value.

Air con was intermittent throughout the evening and night. Set at a Baltic 18°C, the room was still at 30°C at 7am when the temp outside was 26°C!

Location was good. Decent priced.

AC was very poor. Was on all day and room temp was still 27deg. Front reception staff were okay, but seemed like they were sick of seeing tourists. TV was not working. Fridge was not working well. Was almoat room temperature.

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. Small carpark at back of the hotel was handy (I think it works on first in first served basis)

Room was hot and stuffy, couldn’t keep air con on even when popping out for a few minutes. Shower head was not fixed so if you had the water on too hard it would not stay in place. Bed was hard and bedding was inadequate.

Great location near the Marina, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and access to the ferry to Gallipoli peninsula. Rooms clean and fresh, breakfast was plentiful.

The breakfast was perfect. A young employee offered us an additional assortment, in addition to what was on the block table. The location is right in the center of Canakkale.

Hotel Helen was just what we needed for our one night stay. The staff made our stay easy and flexible for the tour of Gallipoli that we were doing.It is not a 5 star hotel but we knew that and were satisfied with what it provided.

Location. Private parking.

Extremely small room, no soundproofing, smelling strongly of cigarette smoke. Dirty bathroom and toilet. Poor breakfast.

Clean and comfortable and in a good location, staff were friendly.

Noisy!! So noisy. The window wouldn’t close properly on the first night, and even when it did the noise of the traffic was horrendous as it’s located on the main road.

Location and price were great. Food in the restaurant was very limited, very little fruit and no yogurt?

Some staff just didn’t know how to smile. Also on the day we left our cases were stored in an unlocked cupboard and no receipt given for the number of cases. Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but the room smelled of smoke but this was resolved by spraying air freshener on the curtains.

The location was good. Close to shops and restaurants. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. They parked our car for us which was great as the area was super busy.

The bed was very hard which might suit some but we had a terrible sleep on it. We now know what it would be like to be on a mortuary slab. Room was small. Difficult space to work with 2 suitcases etc.

Location and parking is a plus.Breakfast is ok.

Windows are not able to be closed properly and all street noise is in room.
