Just the location. Everything else was pretty bad.

The staff here were genuinely kind and helpful, and I appreciated being moved when there was a concern about possible bed bugs in my first room. Unfortunately, the second room had a very strong sewage odor from the bathroom drains, which made showering unpleasant. The bed sagged, the sheets were thin, and street noise on Friday night made it difficult to sleep. While the people working here were great, the property itself needs significant maintenance, improved hygiene, and new sheets.

Location is great; the room, even though would appreciate a fresh update, is fine and acceptable.

Variety in breakfast menu could be improved.

Great location, the room was private and the beds were comfortable. The owner/manager of the hotel was very friendly and would often chat with us at the front foyer.

A staff member mocked my accent (the lady with the blonde hair at reception) as I spoke to my friend in the foyer.

Breakfast was basic but of good quality. The hotel staff helped us find a parking spot in walking distance from the hotel.

Soundproofing is an issue if you consider the fact that the hotel is located in the old part of the city where many restaurants are located.

When we first came to check-in to the hotel we were greeted by amazing staff. They had a parking spot available for us. They went out of their way to ensure that we are happy with everything and enjoy our stay. We were so impressed and happy how attentive and caring they were. The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, close to everything. I would highly recommend the stay in this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is perfectly located în the city center. It has a parking place near by. The breakfast was rich enough. The rooms are small, but well organized to have enough space.

Very hot in the rooms. Being located în the city center there is a lot of noise from the street. Our room (3001) had a broken balcony door that didn't close perfectly.

I would not recommend it

I found hairs in the bathroom and bedroom. No shampoo or body wash, just hand soap dispensers. The bedroom’s doors don’t close perfectly, hence you can hear all the noise from inside the hotel. Stairs and moquette are pretty dirty. Breakfast really mid to low quality. Wi-Fi works really bad, sometimes it just doesn’t.

although it says free parking in booking.com, I was asked for parking fee when I was checking out. This info should be corrected in booking.com. Also, beds weren’t so comfy.
