Very small room, which was not evident at the time of reservation. AC was not working. Mediocre cleanliness.

A small, quiet, and cozy hotel in the center of Çanakkale, with a wonderful breakfast and friendly staff at the reception.

Loved the location right across from the ferry port with lots of restaurants nearby. Small lovely hotel. Stay in the best room Suite #501, it has the whole front of the 5th floor facing the sea and port. Great views of everything and nice balcony to relax and people watch. The staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was nice and simple and we could eat out front too. They even remembered we liked black coffee and made it for us without us asking. Housekeeping was great, and gave new slippers every day. Decent wifi. If there is room for your car in the back they keep the keys for you and move them around as needed. There is also a car park nearby that they will pay for you.

The hotel was great. Be aware, tight streets and pedestrian-only part of the time right in front of hotel. Have patience and do not rent a big car.

Location

The AC was dripping since the first night and off automatically even we turned off the timer. The hotel simply just offered us a dry bathroom mat. Nothing more. The hotel really needs to put in more efforts regarding facilities maintenance.

The people at the reception were all super friendly and helped me a lot with directions and information.

There are not many options for breakfast every day it is the same menu.

Our room had a great location overlooking the Dardanelles. Parking near the entrance was convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were wonderful. When I asked where to buy some fruit, they even went with me to the grocery store. Thank you so much!

Location is excellent for ferries & day excursions

But it gets very noisy at night after 9pm - exceptionally loud music every night.

Great hotel in the heart of the town. Neat, clean, nice staff, great breakfast.

The room was too small. Of course, it is stated clearly 12 m2, however we did not expect to go around the bed sideways. Not a big deal if you are just in for sleeping and continue the journey the next day.

The location right on the waterfront is amazing and just a stones throw from the ferry terminal across to Galipolli. Fabulous seafood restaurants aplenty. Taxi rank within 50 metres also a plus.

Only negative was the breakfast which perhaps could cater a little better for tourists from Asia and Australasia. Having said that, the breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Wifi was not consistently available. Beds weren’t very comfortable.Breakfast didn’t have any fruit. Only instant coffee.

Great location close to everything. If you arrive in Çanakkale by bus, the C9 is the bus from the terminal into the city. The stop is the old hospital. We had the room with the view and we enjoyed it. Clean, lift, close to restaurants, good heating

Great hotel, right on the waterfront so ideally placed for the ferry and for restaurants etc. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and staff were friendly and helpful.

The view from the window was beautiful, the room was well-soundproofed from the noise from the street. Very friendly staff who are ready to help quickly with needs that may arise. The location is very convenient, there is a ferry nearby to get to the other side of the city with a car. Good comfortable beds, enough space for personal belongings.

The soundproofing from the corridor was not good enough for me. In this hotel, if you don't close your room door well enough, they turn on the alarm in your room to report it. And if your neighbors by a floor are in such a situation, which happens often, you will hear this alarm inside your room as well. Also, the fact that you can't turn off the lighting from the air conditioner was quite annoying. On the one hand the room has great curtains that isolate the room well from the light, on the other hand, the light from the air conditioner illuminated the room as well as a bedside lamp :) It prevented me from sleeping.If it could be changed, my experience in this hotel would be perfect.

Location was amazing being right on the port with a wonderful view from the lobby and near all the action, restaurants etc.
