The location

The owner was a bit of a conman. Talked me into taking a more expensive room because it had air conditioning. However the air conditioner in the new room did not work. In fact it looked fake and there was no remote. He wanted cash and no card accepted

Wonderful stay and impeccable service, very hospitable and they gave us great recommendations for both dining and sightseeing. The location is very central and just a few minutes' walk from the promenade where the original Troy horse from the movie is located.

I had a great time in this hotel, it's budget friendly, close to the main attractions in the city, and the management is so helpful they'll provide you with all the necessary infos about Canakkale.

The Gallipoli tour costs 75 Euros per person.The Troy tour costs 75 Euros per person.There are two of us.Instead of paying 300 Euros total, we rented Jim's car. We paid 30 Euros per day.

Very welcoming and completely took the stress out of stay Laundry, directions to Troy and easy car hire to Gallipoli / Anzac cove.

The warm welcome and the smell of vegemite made us feel right at home. There were other Aussies there too. It was a wonderful feeling. I highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the sea and to the Trojan Horse left after the filming of Troy (2004). It is also close to public transportation facilities. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The room looked as if it had been made as an improvisation. The radiator is close to the ceiling and the only table in the room is hanging onto it... There is also no wardrobe, and the door to the balcony was obstructed by the second bed. In the bathroom, the shower was the room's most horrible improvisation. The water jet is very weak, the flow is weaker than that of the sink. Additionally, it is written that it takes 2-3 minutes for the water to heat, but in reality it took 15-20 min.Overall, it would have been no problem had it been cheaper. The room is so expensive because of the hotel's location and proximity to the sea and public transportation.In conclusion, the price-quality ratio is very very disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a twin room on the second floor and yes, it was small but it worked perfectly for us and was comfortable. There are fridges in the hallway and a kettle. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Great communication via WhatsApp.The young manager was lovely and full of information that was very helpful for us. He recommended a Gallipoli tour with TJs which was amazing. Highly recommended.Very good value for a basic room in great location, not far from the ferry, bus stops, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. There is also a lift which was a surprise Keep up the good work!

Centrally located, really clean and reasonably priced. Price performance hotel. Lift available WiFi works very well. The staff are friendly. The rooms are a bit small but simple and practical enough. We also had a very quiet night and the beds were very comfortable. We'll be back again. Highly recommended

Had such a great stay here, when I arrived I had booked the cheapest room and for free they upgraded me to a bigger one! So kind. They also gave me recommendations for the best resteraunts and buses for Troy etc. on the first day yusef at reception even walked me to the recommended resteraunt!! Definitely stay here if you are in canakkale, clean room and great staff!

Staff were very helpful, advised on cheapest routes to hotel from bus station, and to Troy also. Ideal location to visit Canakkale/Troy/Gallipoli.

The staff is amazing! They got in touch with us to provide all the information and even though we got there very late, after midnight, they waited for us. Thank you! The room was clean and had all the necessary utilities. The bed was very comfy. We parked the car close by, as the staff suggested. We stayed only one night, cause Canakkale was not our destination, but we will definitely be back.

It was the perfect stay for us being at the end of a 2 weeks tour of Turkey. Close to some local good restaurants. The host was great and waited for us late in the evening.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was not clean—there was dirt and hair everywhere, and both the bed and bathroom were in poor condition. It felt like someone had just used the room right before our check-in. I don't understand how this hotel has such a high rating on Booking.com, as it certainly did not meet my expectations. Overall, it was overrated and not worth the price.
