Amazing place, pet friendly, organic food and very friendly staff, Highly recommended. We spent there New Year's Eve and it was unforgettable experience full with traditional cusine and music and great people. Special thanks to Mr. Erol (the owner of the hotel) who was there for us whenever we needed.

you have free transportation to an from thr airport, every 30 minutes. the rooms are confortable and quite big for Tokyo and for a buget hotel

my room had big stains on the drapes and it gaved the ideea of not beeing clean, all the walls are with scratch marks from all the luggages.

The staff

Room was hot despite “ac”. Premises loud with kids during day and parents at night.

For us it was perfect, we where 6 families with kids, and the large pool and the slides where perfect. They serve meals there also, big room, hot water, location good for us as we left directly for Didim

Moderate location, close to everything but you need to drive from 5 to 15 minutes. Very helpful and polite staff (specially the reception girls).. and for 4 stars hotel they need to renew some of the facilities, the variety of the breakfast and give some lower prices. For whatever you won't find what you expect, they will compensate you the friendly staff !!

There is nothing really negative except a few details.. and -as almost in all over the country- the fact that they all "speak a little English"- (.. almost not at all in fact.. and communication is possible only with "hands tongue".. or Google translator) !!

Nice hotel near Troya on my way to South Turkey. Hotel is clean and teh staff s veery friendly although only English is spken

Maybe the variety of the breakfast items could be improved

I liked the breakfast - broad choice including pastries and fresh fruit.The pool though I did not have time to go in.I saw basketball and tennis courts but, again, I had no time to take advantage of them.

No English at the reception - Google translate was the savior. I had booked a dinner, I had proof in the written form but the reception guy did not know about this, then the manager did not know about this - this seemed like an amateur hour.In the hall on my floor the fire alarm box was broken and left on the floor throughout my stay - clearly hotel staff had more important things to do than to fix it.No bed light in the room...I had to charge my phone in the corridor of my room since there were no power sockets next to the bed...Compared to where I stayed in other hotels in TUR, this one seemed to be overpriced for the service you get.I wish the hotel all the best, but I am not coming back. One might feel different if staying for at least 2 nights, but I did not leave as a satisfied customer.

The food was good for breakfast and the facility was kids friendly.

Internet speed is super bad! Internet connection is so weak! Food was served at 9:00 a.m instead of 8:00 a.m. Tables in the restaurant weren’t very clean. ACs in the restaurant and the whole hotel common areas were OFF. The AC in my room worked so poorly. I also had to walk in the darkness to reach to my room as the motion sensor only worked when I reached to the door. No staff was in the hotel from late evening till late morning to help us with anything. It felt so hot inside the room and the hotel as well. I had the worst experience and I wouldn’t come again.

Close to the beach and historic places, yet offers the necessary privacy, excellent amenities, very helpful staff. Wish we could have stayed and relaxed longer. Thank you!

Location is good. Staff is hospitable.

Bathroom sewer was smelling really bad. Check in was made at 15.00 because the room was not ready on time because of some missing staff.

Lack of hygiene in the room that I stayed, aircon and fridge did not work properly. The water was running from the shower was muddy at first then it was clear and clean.

Very nice hotel and its garden and good location 1 km from the sea shore, Very good breakfast, though some meat would not hurt to add to it, some fruits juice, milk for cereals, very nice the people working there

The hotel staff should learn English I think, since they work in a hotel and they have guests from many countries

I received a message from the property before our arrival saying that if we want to have dinner they can offer variety of meals, including fresh fish and suggested that we don’t need to go around looking for restaurants, they will take care for our comfort. Nothing like promised. The only meal they had were chicken wings, which were good to be honest. The restaurant closed at 8 pm, because “it’s not the season”. Breakfast was poor, couldn’t have coffee because the electricity kept going out.

Nice clean hotel.

When I made the booking the hotel contacted me asking me to have dinner there. As I knew I was going to be driving a lot that day I said OK. They confirmed my dinner plans. But when I arrived, while not having to eat anything that whole day, specifically not stopping for dinner anywhere before, surprise! No dinner. They said it is not season yet. While I understand that, it would have been nice to be informed about it efore my arrival, especially since the dinner reservation has been confirmed by them before.

Free parking the outdoors is very spacious. The staff left me the room keys which is kind of them because i arrived at midnight. The feeling that the hotel gives is very warm and cozy, makes you feel like you're in a small village in your home country. There is a nice river and beautiful nature all around.

The breakfast was poor but i visited off season so can't really tell. The room had NO air conditioning which made sleeping very difficult. The hotel is not so accessible due to the country side roads which are not as well maintained as the main roads but this is not the hotel's fault of course.

Everything seemed well equiped. Room was spacious

There was no hot water. We drove for a day to get there and we were looking for a hot shower and we were very disappointed. The heater didn’t work very well. It was a cold night.
