Nice property, always staff on hand

One night there was loud music from some neighbouring property

Comfortable room despite thin walls for sound. Music from local venue went late but the music was good. Parking for my motorcycle seemed safe. Close to the ferry terminal.

Thin walls transmit noise if neighbors are loud.

Be aware where you'll be accommodated - in Helen Park or just in Hotel Helen !!!

We are extremely disappointed from the behavior of the man in the reception during the check-in. Our first question was whether Hotel Helen is the same as written in our reservation - Hotel Helen PARK and we were answered yes, same place. BUT IT"S NOT. Be aware of this scam. There are two different buildings!!! Hotel Helen is situated directly on Cumhuriyet Blv. The rooms are outdated with moldy spots in the bathrooms, the noise from the street it's constant.For Hotel Helen PARK you should passing along Helen Hotel and turning to the right small street - Tekke Sk. It's a different building although they are sharing one and the same breakfast room with Hotel Helen.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location

The room was dirty, the bathroom had no ventilation and smelled awful, the toilet bowl was broken, the door frame was broken and held on by magic, the terrace had not been cleaned soon, there was no mosquito net on the door and the room was full of mosquitoes and last but not least the noise from the lift was terrible and impossible to sleep.

I returned for the 8th time to Helen Park. Same good parking conditions, breakfast etc.

The room smells more and more of cigarettes, although I requested a non-smoking room, the towels also have a strong smell, probably they were not dried very well. The lack of mosquito nets is also a big shortcoming.

I returned for the 7th time to Helen Park. I still don't understand why I only get a room at Helen, even though the booking is for Helen Park. The hotel is in a good place to access all the waterfront cafes and restaurants as well as the naval museum.

stayed 3 nights and overall it met our expectation. A easy cheesy sleeper hotel for a comfortable staying!

Fantastic location. Lovely terrace overlooking the water, although they weren’t using it for anything. But there was nothing stopping guests from going up there. Nice breakfast on the ground floor.

We booked into Hotel Helen Park but when we arrived we were put into Hotel Helen which looked like a dingier property. Tiny room - quite noisy at night.

Location was great, breakfast was nice.

AC was too strong. With AC on it got too cold during the night. Without AC it was too hot.

Small room,AC needs protection because without it,air flow is “blowing directly Only few staff members speaks English,I’m recommending windows net for mosquito’s protection and some place you can put your clothes and belongings - they have None Recommending all receptionist to have information about cultural events,taking place in Canakkale,so tourists can go there .Also will be great if they have more information about the beaches and fairy boats scheduleThank you very much for accommodating us

Shower head broken, not enough water pressure at faucet, when I left the parking lot I wasn’t allowed to go back in but to the next one where I was forced to pay. They gave us a receipt with a lot lesser price and when I demanded the right one their attitude became hostile.

Rooms were shabby. Curtains off the hooks. Lighting g fixtures coming away from wall. Needs a good update

Centrally located. Stored my bike without any problems. A walk away from the promenade, shops and restaurants. Good value.

Bathroom did smell a little. Staff sometimes flat ignore you.

Location is great, staff were very helpful and friendly they helped us park our car in a tight spot. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful.

Rooms were old run down and smell of smoke.
