Kolin Hotel Spa & Convention Center

THE VIEW was amazing. The sunrise and sunset were spectacular, and gazing over the Dardanelles throughout the day was beautiful.

Bathroom was problematic. Sink leaks, shower leaks, water pressure & temp were inconsistent. Bathroom and main room both had signs of water damage that had been attempted to be covered up. Wedding event on-site meant pool closed & SO LOUD til very late.

Kolin hotel has been my go hotel that perfectly suits my schedule in �anakkale. The amazing staff and brilliant services have exceeded my satisfaction and is definitely recommend for everyone. If I had more stars to give, I would happily award all of them

Kolin hotel is a well-designed property with attentive staff and no surprise costs. They did a great job of welcoming us, upgrading our room for free, and delivering room service quickly and well presented. I had a coffee puzzle in that I needed decaf for my wife. The breakfast host walked with me to the bar and helped brew a special pot just for me. He even served it in an insulated pitcher. It was the kind of extra effort that makes a memory. The rooms are big. The water is hot. The spa looked clean and well maintaned. Overall, it was a good, one night stay with a vew of the water.

The breakfast buffet was expansive, but the food freshness and quality were not very good. With the quality of the rest of the hotel, an omlet bar would be a good touch.

The room has great views of the water from the bedroom and living room. We enjoyed the spa facilities. We needed down time and this hotel offered us the peace and quiet time we needed.

Minimal restaurants in the neighborhood. Nothing to do in the neighborhood so we enjoyed the peace and quite by the water watching sunsets

The room was a good size because everything in it is very well organized and decorated. We liked the comfortable beds and great shower. Our room had a spectacular view of the Dardanelles, and it was a pleasure to walk along the seashore. Breakfast choices were plentiful, but not especially tasty. The gym was one of the best we've seen in a hotel, and the equipment worked fine, though some of it was old. The indoor pool was good for swimming laps, though somewhat cold to stay in for a long time.

The wifi was weak and difficult to keep connected; the front desk said it would try to fix this, but we saw no change during our stay and needed to use our own phones as hotspots. The nearby rooms can be a bit noisy thru the walls/ceiling or with slamming doors. It was too difficult to regulate the AC, for we could only cool down the room by opening the windows - and that was not a good solution at night. For late eaters at breakfast, many items were not replaced or were removed early. Our dinner was mixed: the vegetarian pizza was good, but the penne was unappetizing, and used canned not fresh vegetables. Also, very loud muzak in places.

Really enjoyed the sauna, steam room and swimming pool — all very clean and relaxing.Breakfast was great, the bed super comfortable, and the sea view from the room was amazing.

1. Although there were 9 empty tennis courts, we were not assisted with booking a court or getting rackets and balls — we were politely turned down, as there was “no administrator available at that time.”2. Water in the sink didn’t drain, the pipe was clogged.3. No disposable slippers were provided in the room.4. The overhead shower head was broken and didn’t work.

House keeping

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower has good water pressure. Breakfast was a great variety and plentiful.

The hotel is older and in need of some updates. Our air conditioning wasn't working properly so the room was very warm. (28) We had to leave the window open all night in order to be comfortable. There aren't many options for dining in the immediate area. I didn't realize this when booking but the hotel caters to large tour groups. Breakfast was plentiful and varied but shared with so many others that waiting in line was an issue just to get a cup of coffee. Too many negatives to ever book again.

Really nice and quiet newer hotel with an awesome view of the Dardanelles. The staff were friendly, and Mahir was especially helpful.The breakfast was good, with lots of fresh fruit. It’s in an easily accessible location with plenty of parking space.

The breakfast. Unfortunately, there is no proper coffee , cappuccino machine. Just a boiler. It’s disappointing that there is no chef on site. The tea was not brewed. No fresh orange juice. The setup could be better for such a level of hotel. However, the personnel at the reception and housekeeping were very guest friendly.

I liked the staff and the comfort

Everything was okay, except the cleanliness. The carpet was very dirty, like it was never cleaned and the bathroom smelled a lot and had hairs on the floor.

Fabulous stay at the Kolin when We visited Gallipoli for a day tour. Staff were exceptional and very helpful. We loved the buffet breakfast and the pool.Rooms are very comfortable.

Good amenities. My wife and daughter left their jacket and pants. The hotel mailed to our Istanbul hotel.

Spacious hotel, nice and friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. And a very nice gym, the parking was good with Amazing views from the hotel room or terraces of the Marmara Sea.

We could not use the pools at night because there were various proms. The internet was not working.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, the facilities were wonderful, as we had access to the spa services until late in the evening, plus the room service was fantastic. Mehmet from the reception was extremely nice to us and recommended us interesting places to visit in the area.Overall, one can tell for sure that all the staff of the Kolin Hotel is working together to make their guests feel welcome.As a bonus, we had the chance to see a wedding which took place by the outdoor pool and understand the Turkish traditions in a very pleasant way.

Great sized room for families, great food options and walking paths.

Breakfast gets crowded and finding clean tables can be hard during morning rush.

Beautiful pool on the water. Large rooms some with jazcuzzi baths.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast offered a great variety. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

My Daughter and I spent 2 nights at the Kolin while visiting Gallipoli and Troy. The Kolin has a 5 star feel about it. We had a great view of the Dardanelles. Breakfast was included and was yum.
