Temizay Hotel

Great location. Free parking. Breakfast is ok

The beds are rock solid. The mattress is hard like a wood board. For the rest of the facilities I can give an 4 out of max 5 stars, but for the sleeping quality, the bed have a 1.

Good location.close to the sea and the main marketplace. Good breakfast.

Can improve on cleanliness of toilets

Extremely friendly staff made our stay unforgettable (special thanks to Mr. HAKAN). The location of the hotel is perfect, close to everywhere you need to see in Canakkale. Tea, coffee, water, and cookies are available for free all day long. I definitely believe that we will go to this hotel again and again. Very much recommended.

Staff, breakfast, location.

There was a smell in the basement room.

Good location. Nice helpful staff.

The matress was little hard for my liking.

Location. Close to eateries and ferry ride.

No parking close by. Uncomfortable bed and toilet way too small. Smell of sewer.

Refund

I booked 5 rooms on the line and 2 rooms on site.I stayed in this hotel with 8 my friends.2 of my friends find big bugs in their room, and they bite my friends many times. So they didn't sleep at all and had to apply some medicine because of those bugs.So we asked the hotel to refund our hotel fee and they agreed on a payment refund. Here, I leave a copy of message from the hotel.Thanks.f

Good location

Not very clean, very firm beds and small room. Price point probably high for what it is. Breakfast wasn’t good.

The location of the hotel was super nice, really close to the marina and shops. Breakfast was ok.

Good location, friendly and smiling staff.

There are no sockets for contacts.

The location of the hotel is very nice, exactly in the city centre. They offer parking nearby, which is very convenient.

There were some small bugs crawling on the bed...

Very close to downtown, clean. They have secured private parking 100m from hotel

Great location

Poor wi-fi. Lift kept getting stuck and not working

Great location and clean facilities. Kind staff are supporting you in any matter.

Not reach breakfast ?

The location of this hotel is perfect, really close to the tourist attractions and many restaurants and night life. The room size was big, the hotel is clean and complete amenities.

Great location and extremely helpful staff.

The beds were hard.

Great location, very friendly staff and excellent value

The breakfast was very basic

The hotel is close to ferry , on the main street , a lot restaurants, shops nearby. We had a room for 4 people clean, large and confortable. The stuff is very friendly.

The parking is not ok for big cars (SUV)with Köber above ,is somewhere nearby with 2 or more levels , covered , but the hotel had places at 1 level ,is narrow and difficult to park there . Unfortunately for us , our new car rubbed at Exit and Even if We choose to stay here next time , we will pay the car parking extra just in the front of the hotel .

Location

The facilities which were advertised were not provided. There was no safety box as advertised and there was no wifi. We informed the property manager especially the issue with the wifi but the staff especially the actions of the manager to solve the issue was very poor. They constantly lies and blamed the proper owner who was not present at all times. In the end they agreed to. Hangs out room to a lower larger where there could be better wifi but they also hanged their mind about that as they said hotel was full. It became very uncomfortable in the bed and we could not wait to leave the hotel.

Location was great as only 2 min to the Harbour and water side with all its restaurants and bars.

Room was old, bathroom was very small and not very clean, beds were very hard but at least we had one of the stuff helping us to get extra blankets to cushioning the hard mattress.
