Good central location in Canakkale with good level of comfort. Ideal base to explore the wider Canakkale area and Troy. On-site parking was a plus.

No non-smoking space in internal space restaurant. Inconvenient for people with asthma - smoke allergy.

This is a great hotel in a lovely location by the sea. We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are good sized with a comfortable bed and nice sea views. There is parking onsite which was great. Staff are very helpful. The included breakfast was also really great.

Beautiful location , close to everything. The personnel was very attentive, breakfast was varied, safe parking place.

The breakfast was decent! The fact that they changed our towels daily and once at 2 days our bedsheets.

The cleanness wasn’t for a 4 stars hotels standard, more for a 3 stars. They should do some renovations on the walls and ceilings, as well. We booked a suite in order to have a sofa bed on the other room, however we had it in the same room with the bed.

Great parking and close walk back into the town. Would be great if you were catching a ferry. Breakfast was basic but nice and staff were pleasant enough. Had to try and get WIFI code after a few issues, but got it sorted.

Asked for a double and two singles but were given two doubles but we worked with it.

Good otherwise and parking good too.

Had a problem with mosquitos but reception unable to supply spray. I purchased spray but still needed to spray every night.

Nice view from the window. They gave me a present for my birthday. The location of the hotel is perfect near the center of the town and the free parking is a plus.

The room was a little small. Also the cooling could be better.

We loved the location as it's only a few minutes to the Trojan horse and also the hotel has a great restaurant below which was special! The rooms were good and the decor was nice.

The hotel is located in a very good location, by the sea! The breakfast was ok! Uncomfortable sleep due to car noises!

it's a pity, wifi doesn't work, and when you ask the receptionists, they always find some reason to lie to you!

Location is great, right at the seaside, breakfast is really good, friendly staff, free guarded parking.

The windows are not antiphonal, even the seaside wasn't too crowdy you could hear noises all the time from outside. I didn't like the pillows...

The hotel is situated in the port along with a beautiful view over the seafront. Downstairs you have the restaurant where you can enjoy turkish cuisine and of course the morning breakfast. The room was very comfortable and can easily accommodate a family of 3. With a 1 minute walk to the Troyan Horse its definitely a place to return on our future quests in Turkey.

We hadn't stayed at the hotel in last two years, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are designer renovated, clean, comfortable, professional service from the staff. The location and parking are a big advantage. The restaurant works so well.

The hotel is right on the sea promenade with a beautiful view of the Dardanelles. There is a nice restaurant with a terrace. The statue of the Trojan horse is just a few minutes away on foot. We arrived by car, so we benefitted from the hotel's parking. Everything was perfect, so we will come back again.

Surprise: our room was upgraded; we were offered the suite!!!The suite consist of:-bedroom with living area; big TV that could rotate in position (towards the bed or towards the living zone);-lunch area; another TV;-large bathroom -2 sinks, bathtub with jets.

I found the hotel with a new face: the rooms were renovated, the furniture and soft inventory changed.Just like in the "old room", you can see the interior designer's attention to details.The new mattress is very comfortable.

The breakfast was fine. I would have liked a little more variety in fruit.

The shower nozzle needs repair. Most of the water comes out before it reaches the nozzle. Also, the bedside lamp nearest the bathroom does not work; the button seems to be missing.

Air conditioner was working poor. Even if outside were only around 30 Celsius, we struggled with heat at night.
