Ai Pai Hotel - 50m to Pai Walking Street & Night Market

Nothing ¿¿ they lied to me and then stole my money

They told me to book my room online and after I booked it, they said they would give me the first floor because of my bad knee. In the morning when I went to get my room, not the manager said she would not give me that room unless I give her more money

Location was great and the staff was super friendly! Loved the pool area and the breakfast was great as well!

Might need a little updating but otherwise it was clean and completely comfortable.

Access to pool and rooms were amazing, super convenient location, close to nightlife and market. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

location is on the door step to the night market and nice bars, staff were also very helpful when checking in and carried two heavy backpacks to the room for us

Great location just off walking street. Good breakfast. Great views from upper floors. Clean and well kept. Nice staff.

Very awkward access to get into the pool unless you had a first floor room, which all have private steps off their patio leading to the pool. We tried to add another day but the price quoted was about 20% more than we were paying.

Location good

No good parking for motobike and no alveolar if you stay up floor

Great location, parking spots, atmosphere and rooms are really wide and satisfying.

All was great.

Beautiful pool area, very good location close to the food street. The cleaning staff was very nice. Well decorated. I loved the balcony and the pool.

I discovered bed bugs in my bed. I noticed small black spots on the sheets, and when I woke up, I had red dots on my skin. I went to the doctor, who confirmed that they were indeed bed bug bites. When I informed the property manager, she looked at me as if she didn’t believe me, rather than offering any assistance. In the morning, it becomes nearly impossible to sleep because I can hear everything happening outside the room.

The hotel is right around the corner from the walking street. It is super clean and very comfortable.

The shower over the tub worked well and there was plenty of hot water. However, with no shower curtain, water tends to get splashed all over the floor.

Great location, nice pool and great breakfast, great balcony in the rooms

The shower door isn't sealed so every shower ended up with a flood on the floor , they offered us to move but eventually we didn't moved because the shower was the same there. There's only 4 sunbed to the non pool accessable rooms, they should get more for the other residents

The pool access was amazing!!!

There was a huntsman spider outside our door and we did fin a roach in the room. But not the properties fault just the area I presume.

This hotel looks new, fabulous helpful staff and very comfortable. Superb breakfast and I love the pool. Right in town and they even have free push bikes.

There was a guy smoking marijuana on the balcony. It seems this hotel allows it and I recommend they change the policy to ban it like most hotels in Thailand (there's a reason it's illegal in most countries, as it's a health hazard).

Awful experience. Dirty rooms and sheets. In addition, since day one (we booked for 4 days), we had so much noise in the

Awful experience.Dirty rooms and sheets. In addition, since day one (we booked for 4 days), we had so much noise in the room all day and all night long so we could barely sleep. We asked the hotel staff few times to change the room or to do something but they didn’t seem to be care and didn’t do anything. At the third day we decided to leave the hotel due to the noise and they again seems to not care and didn’t even offered anything to make us feel any better. If you are looking for an hostel experience with very high prices go to this hotel.

Very convenient location. Facilities were satisfactory. Reception staff could be friendlie

Location.PoolBreakfast

Staff hardly understand English.Television actualy does not work! Only by extra payment! No elevator!

Really nice place in a perfect location just around the corner from the night market. There are no bars at this end, so you are assured a good night of rest. The courtyard is as beautiful as the pictures and the breakfast was quite good. I had a small issue with the safe and the staff was quick to assist. Highly recommend Ai Pai.

Location pool and breakfast

No lift to upper floor

Room was beautiful, pool very unique and staff very friendly.

I fully enjoyed my stay.

The property was in a great location, extremely nice staff, clean and spacious room.

Very relaxing, clean and comfortable bed. Nice staff, nice breakfast.

No elevator, but only 2 floors.
