The location and atmosphere were great. The staff was very kind.

The internet connection was terrible. We couldn't connect to the wi-fi at all.

The people at the front desk made us switch room 3 times because THEY made a mistake and gave us the wrong one again and again

Best location in all of Pai! It's not on the busy main street, so you don't hear all the noise, but you're just a 3-minute walk from the center. The bungalow was the perfect size and very clean.

The location was great, just off walking street where all the main bars/restaurants are. Ideal if you aren’t planning on using mopeds to get around because it’s near the taxi places to take you to Two Huts etc, everything else is in walking distance. The pool/outdoor area was really nice and the staff were nice

The facilities in the room weren’t amazing, they weren’t bad! But everything felt a little run down in the rooms themselves. There was some mold around the bathroom sink which wasn’t great!

The location was great, had a nice pool, big room nice bathroom and a very nice porch to chill in where you can smoke

The lighting inside is a bit dim, especially bathroom

Close to many restaurants and bars. Check in easy and parking was available (early) Recommend the Mexicana restaurant.

Location. It was very close to the daily night market The fact that the jazz club next door has been closed down. This music venue was NOT mentioned in the property details.

Equipment and furniture well past its useful lifespan, especially the towels. The shower was reluctant to deliver a steady supply of hot water.

Nice location with small individual huts - great within location within Pai - need to arrive early before street is closed for the market.

The location is great. Right near Walking street and the markets plenty of options for eating/shopping etc. Right near the river as well. The room was clean, had a fridge, kettle and towels for the pool. Swimming pool very refreshing on a hot day. Staff were friendly. If you have a car you need to park before 5 as the road gets shut for the markets. Reasonably quiet though there is a jazz club nearby so there was some noise so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

We had 2 single beds in our room and both of the mattresses need replacing. The springs were broken and mattress very saggy on mine and my partners bed was much the same. Not sure if it was just our room or others have had issues.

Clean, tasteful decoration, comfy bed. Free parking. The location was so close to the night market but still peaceful. We loved it.

The convenience of the location was perfect for enjoying the walking street at night and for some great restaurants, and very close to the bus station.

Everything was great, but we found the beds a bit hard. I would still recommend the hotel though.

The water in the shower wasn't hot at all. We stayed there for 6 nights and only asked for our room to be serviced once - it was only done partially. The location was really central which can be a plus or a minus, really depends on what you are after. It was inaccessible with a car after 4pm as the night market was right there so we had to park out of town. The staff was helpful and showed us where we can park our car in the evening. Sometimes the guests were extremely loud and woke us up in the middle of the night. So was the staff cleaning the rooms early in the morning. Also no breakfast

Bed's were too soft, shower tiles were very slippery

Comfortable bed, great location, independent cabin.

The water pressure is unstable and the hot water is not hot enough. It is recommended that the bathroom curtain be changed to be longer to prevent water from spraying outside.
