It was dirty. Power was out from 8 to 4 one day. Water runs on electric pump so we couldn’t even use the toilet. Cats sneak into the room the second you open the door to step inside. Pool was cloudy. Breakfast was not tasty or abundant.

This property had beautiful views! The service and the food was also amazing, but the beauty is really what takes your breath away!

It has everything you need for relaxation, still just a walk away from everything, but nestled in a quiet area.

None of the power sockets worked in the room, all chargers just fall out of them. Cute staff but always hiding somewhere. Coffee is charged extra for breakfast (when you order it)

This resort just outside Pai is very nice! The large swimming pool and the gym are a big bonus. Breakfast selection is small but for the money it is more than ok! We stayed here twice: the second time we stayed at a little cabin at the back of the resort and the AC wasn't working, plus we had a lot of ants in the room, they changed us to another (nicer) cabin immediately when we mentioned it so this was a perfect solution. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We booked this property but ended up moving and didn’t stay. Hotel seemed very peaceful and lovely views.

Hotel is VERY isolated. They offer 2x buses to the main walking street (2pm and 6pm) which does not give you much time. You cannot walk to the main town as Road is dangerous. Lovely location for people who do not want to be around anything. We asked staff if there was any other way (we were happy to pay taxis) but she just told us we have to get motorbikes which we weren’t willing to do. Bathroom was very dirty and dated. There was only 1x staff member around who was not the most helpful.

Staff were lovely, do not believe reviews saying they are not welcoming, pool area was lovely, views were amazing.

An amazing stay in a very beautiful hotel. The pool is available the whole day, with a decent breakfast. Laundry service available onsite. In general While lotus style.

Mosquito repellent is a must, like in the whole village.

This hotel was great! The beds were comfy, the rooms were nice, the pool area was lovely! The breakfast in this hotel was also great.

The hotel is a little bit far from the town and since there are no taxis in Pai you may need to rent a scooter during your stay.

Breakfast wasn’t nice . It was cold both days

We were in an upper level superior room looking over the pool and it was lovely! Very clean, the breakfast was lovely and the accommodation its self is very peaceful. The staff are lovely and will do anything for you and the breakfast was nice. They would happily cook you fresh eggs if you want them. We used the gym nearly everyday while we were there, it’s not very big but you can make it work for your workout! They also provide a free taxi into town and back.

The view was exceptional and better than expected from the deluxe room with views of the Big Buddah on the mountain. Room # L2. Cats were friendly and social, often walking down the road to greet you when coming back from town. The pool was really clean and welcoming. The property was clean. Oh yeah, they have an espresso machine, which is one of the reasons I booked this place vs others, lol. Check in was easy, check out was easy, and staff was available when needed. Seperated from the center but close enough to get to everything.

People talking loud at night in the common area/ front courtyard which sucked for trying to sleep two nights in a row. Wasn't terrible just mumblings and a few outbursts until 12ish at night. Wish staff regulated noise past 10pm but I might be too old for Pai so there is that. Another small issue was the breakfast was cold even at 7:30am. Really a minor fix to keep the heatpads on, but for some reason, no matter how many reviews say the breakfast is cold, it's not a priority. I would just serve a cold breakfast menu to get around this issue but hey, I'm just a nobody :)

Very quiet location, around 10 minutes from Pai walking street. Stunning views

As the staff don't speak much English it can be tough to communicate.

Nice Location a bit outside of town - but perfectly duable to walk! Took us 15mins. We had the Cottage which was spacious and nice with the balcony.

Everything is a bit outdated, could use replacement. Staff does not speak english very well but did not matter really.

Really loved the pool and the room. We had a whole terrace to ourself which was lovely! The pool is great but cold, the gym is also really good. Reception staff are great and the coffee and breakfast here is good value for money!

Need some new sun loungers, and staff were helpful when asked to do something but service could be improved. Also saw a rat in reception as we were checking out.

Great big pool, free rides to the city and back (between 7am and 10pm).

Staff doesn’t speak English, which made communicating rides pickup location very difficult. Rooms were filled with bugs, we kept fighting off ants from the bed in the middle of the night. Towels were dirty, with yellowish/brown stains. Insufficient breakfast, with very limited food options. No elevator and many stairs, which was hard because we traveled with two large suitcases.
