Request for extra bed from.online but not prepared on arrival.Staffhouse keeping went home before our arrival 10 pm.My message from this website was not respond immediately/ not being contact back either from.inbox or phone text. But they do contact me to remind regarding check out before 12 noon via text message..so funny
The price was affordable, and the staff were polite. Otherwise, room was relatively clean, if you do not look for stuff. My colleague was not so lucky, he had roaches in his room. We stayed here as it was near some of our friend's place, so it was a decent location. But don't expect Gadong.
The gym was in a terrible state, unusable. Broken weights, broken aircon, looked it it was robbed. Swimming pool was a little better, but water looked green.
Not applicable as it was not included in the room bkd thru Booking. Com . Upon checking in there was a promo for month of June at B$68 nett which included breakfast ? We could check in early at 8am by paying an additional amount of B$39 which was great.
Service staff shud be able to understand Malay or English. We found no hand towel or tissue paper available. We were bkd into a twin room but amenities was only for one ie toileteries n tea/coffee. Shower cubicle area not cleaned as there isMould at the bottom of the partition.
1. The bed was big and comfy 2. Clean pool
1. The gym (not really complete)
Amazing staff. Really went out of their way to help me out of a very sticky situation. The room I stayed in was very spacious. Lots of room!! Comfortable bed, nice shower.
The room was very spacious, but maybe installing cupboards and tables would help fill in the space a bit more.
Location
We've stayed a number of times here over the last couple of years for work. It's really starting to look tired and unclean, which is a shame. So this will be the last time we stay. 2 cockroaches in the room.
