Too basic. Not clean

The rooms are spacious and the amenities worked. The pool isn't very big but I could still swim around it. The breakfasts were buffets and they're open from 6.30am-10.30am. The WiFi was strong enough. The location is walkable to the city centre.

The staff is responsive and approachable.

I booked two standard rooms but was given two superior rooms.

Nice hotel little bit outside the center. Staff very nice and rooms quite nice too. Location and breakfast were ok. Enjoyed my stay in here.

Facilities have probably seen it's best days; were ok though.

It’s quite dated and bathroom are a bit dirty especially the shower.

Hotel is very dated. Bathroom was getting mouldy due to the humidity. Room was very humid, despite air con being on.Shower seemed not properly washed either.Safe in room not closing.Pool area wasn’t the cleanest either.

Spacious room.. Good amenities provide in the room.. So convenience near to shop and market.. Hotel location not far from city centre and nearby hospital..

Nothing. I didn’t get to stay here. I was told the hotel was full on arrival at 2230 - even though I had a confirmed booking. The staff were unable to help me find alternative accommodation. All the more frustrating when I had come back from a late flight and had no alternative option.

More help from the staff would have been good, and to honour their booking in the first place. I am unsure if it was a glitch in their system but I would have hoped they would have at least helped me with finding and calling an alternative hotel instead of leaving me to fend for myself

Proximity to my business location at airport, very friendly and helpful staff, supermarkets 2 walking minutes away. Airport shuttle even with very late arrival.

The breakfast was superior, although the coffee could be of a better quality. The bed was comfortable and the room really spacious.

It seems to me that the hotel could need some maintenance and update. It’s a bit old fashioned. Te pool didn’t look very clean to me.

Rooms are spacious and clean but not soundproof.

I did my own laundry so it was quite a distance away

Very friendly and helpful staff! They even helped me arrange a last-minute tour to the national park (I was lucky this worked out). Clean, spacious room. Could walk to the city centre. Transport to and from airport provided. Supermarket behind hotel, and restaurant in hotel. Enjoyed my stay!

Clean hotel, well organised. They have good and affordable day tours available to visit Brunei. Good price for quality. Free airport shuttle.

Only "british" sockets. Breakfast has a bit limited options. Bit outdated interior. Location is near to the main attractions but on a crossroad of highways.
